A wonderful, light and bright modern apartment with the great advantage of a private parking space and amazing views! The apartment is located in a very nice community with a large comunal swimming pool to enjoy the hot summer days here in frigiliana. The apartment has been very nicely decorated and offers an amazing south/east facing terrace with wonderful views of the sea and the nature park. The Space Entering through the front door, there is a spacious corredor that leads to the different spaces. The apartment has a spacious open plan lounge and dining room with large sliding doors to make the most of the beautiful views. This space benefits from direct access to the private terrace. There is a good size and well equipped kitchen communicating to the dinning area with an open archway. The entrance hall also leads to two bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a King size bed and the second bedroom offers two single beds that can be put together if necessary. The smaller bedroom also benefits of a fitted wardrobes. There is also a beautiful family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The apartment is set up with a strong central air conditioning unit for cooling or heating!
