This warm and comfortable home has four double bedrooms, each with either a super-king bed or two single beds, so can accommodate four couples or eight singles or a combination of both. There is ample living space with lounge, dinning room, kitchen with additional space to relax & an outdoor terrace . Centrally located the home is within an easy 5 to 10 minute walk of the Public Gardens, swimming baths, the Oamaru Club, the historic precinct, the main street & shops and many restaurants & bars

Alpine Lodge

Alpine Lodge is a large comfortable chalet style property perfect for family holidays. It has a wide sunny deck overlooking a large lawn area ideal for active children. Accommodation comprises 2 queen bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms over 3 levels. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower, the other with a bath. Each have toilets and hand basins. Downstairs is a modern well equipped kitchen, lounge area with a massive log burner, deck with large BBQ and plenty of easy off road parking for the boat.

Twizel Alps Retreat

This lovely popular two storey house is affordable, clean, comfortable, warm, family-friendly and spacious. It comes with free WiFi (fibre) and linen. We offer a flexible cancellation policy especially during lockdown. The house is situated on the quiet western side of town with breath taking views of the Ben Ohau ranges and surrounding mountains. It’s unique easy-living design makes it elegant yet homely. It has a large fully fenced back yard with a furnished patio area and a BBQ.

The Villa

Semi detached villa. Within walking distance from town. 15mins walk or 3mins drive to Scotts Bar and Restaurants. Lovely older house. Kept in the older style of furnishings but comfortable and warm. There is a play ground which is at the school a couple of hundred yards away. Also a German Café and Vegan Cafe across the road. A free standing fire and heat pump for warmth. The whole house is yours 3 Bedrooms, open lounge, dinning room and Kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided.

Lake and mountain views by day. Starry skies on clear nights. Welcome to my haven! Open plan modern living, 3 generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry (washer/dryer) and full kitchen. Free WIFI and car parking. 12 minute easy walk to the Lake Tekapo village and the bus stop. Ideal for all couples, individuals, families (provided your kids can respect a small drop off the edge of the deck), and groups of up to 6 people. Please note it is a raised section with steps.

OUTDOOR BATH - Pedalfish Cottages FREE WIFI

Pedalfish Cottage is a 3 bedroom cottage, often we rent it out as 2 units "Galaxy Views" and "Milky Way" (joined by a lockable internal door) BUT YOU ARE RENTING THE WHOLE HOUSE WITH THIS LISTING. There are incredible views of the expansive, unique Mackenzie landscape and this is one of the best possible locations to view the UNESCO International Dark Sky Reserve. Gaze at the stars through the skylight on your king size bed in the master bedroom.

St Elmo's Cottage is a three bedroom country house, situated under the foothills of the Southern Alps of New Zealand's South Island. It has been extensively renovated from its original 1950's state in 2018, and redecorated in 2023 - you will love the end result! Glencraig Country House

Stylish and spacious holiday home set a few kilometres outside of the Fairlie Township. Open plan living area with seating, dining table, kitchen and cloakroom. Hallway leads to separate toilet, bathroom and two double bedrooms. There are spectacular panoramic views and the best view of the night sky from a private deck with a huge seating area on the front of the house.

Glencairn Getaway - FREE WIFI- newly renovated

A spacious 4 bedroom two bathroom home inTwizel, the closest town to Mt Cook and situated in the Aoraki-Mackenzie Dark-Sky Reserve. Great house for a group with seating in the lounge for 12 people. 10 minutes drive to lake Pukaki with wonderful views of mount cook. Lake Benmore and Ruataniwha a short drive away and fishing on the river a short walk from the house
