Three double and a single bedroom property with ample parking for up to 8 cars or boat .Double garage .Plenty of outdoor space for cleaning mountain bikes and children's play.They can enjoy a treasure hunt while you settle in.! Lovely kent fireplace for winter warmth with free firewood and sunroom. Nice private covered deck for evening entertaining. Five to 10 mins drive to all Rotorua famous tourist spots and activities, Agrodome, velocity valley, Skyline sky rides ,Canopy tours and more !!

LOCATION for making memories & waffles We are a busy family of 5 and we created this home where we can relax in a clean modern space. With plenty of things to do or just do nothing at all. We are parents and sometimes we just want to sit and read a book without the kids saying they are bored. so they have darts, table tennis and heaps of board games to keep them busy. and also for us all to enjoy together. Walking distance to things we enjoy two parks/playgrounds,beach,cinema,resturants.

An authentic 1940's Fisherman's cottage, a relaxing lakeside retreat. Safe beach for children. Modern conveniences. Renowned area for trout fishing, 8 Km to Rotorua.
