Modern Villa With Private Pool - 400m To The Beach

Beautiful villa located within 5 mins short walk from the beach Grau Castellon. The modern villa which includes a pool and a spacious garden is located in an attractive, quiet residential area boarding the Castellon Golf course and the park Pinar. The villa consists of 4 spacious rooms with two of the rooms having en suite bathrooms. Street parking around the house is free. All the rooms have non restrictive lovely views such as to the faraway mountain range. Entrance to the beach front located in a fabulous location as there are a number of restaurants and cafes as soon you reach there. In addition the golf club also located just next to the Villa if you fancy a game of golf, padel, tennis or just to use cafe restaurant. Grau seafront main restaurants are also within walking distance whether you feels like a paella or a nice cocktail. The bus/ tram connection is located just a short walk from the house on the way to the beach side providing easy access to Benicasim or to Castellon Center.

En Villa Carmen queremos ofrecer un espacio vacacional dónde podáis generar recuerdos especiales con la família, amigos.... Al igual que vosotr@s somos viajeros que nos gusta recordar con cariño aquellos lugares que visitamos. Villa Carmen es un espacio de 140m habitables y 667 m de jardín, con capacidad para hospedar a 11 personas, cuenta con cuatro habitaciones, salón-comedor, cocina, tres baños, un espacio para trabajar con wifi, piscina, barbacoa y párking para cuatro vehículos.

Maravillosa villa con piscina

Maravillosa villa con piscina al lado del mar. Entre un pequeño oasis de jardín con pinos, se encuentra esta villa auténtica mediterránea. Cuenta con una grande piscina y una amplia zona de terraza y barbacoa. Lleva a toda la familia a este fantástico alojamiento que tiene un montón de espacio para divertirse, a pocos metros de la playa, en la zona de Botavara y Eurosol de Benicasim. La villa se sitúa cerca de todo tipo de servicios, establecimientos, parajes naturales y el pueblo.

Dit architectonische geesteskind (SpronkenHouse) van beeldhouwer Xander Spronken is een van de 2 kunsthuizen te midden van de weelderige heuvels van Castellon, gelegen op een prive landgoed van 10 hectaren met amandel- en olijfbomen, (slechts 35 min. van de zee). De setting is erg rustig. De grote kamerhoge ramen van de villa bieden een prachtig uitzicht op de Iberische bergen met de 1.800 meter hoge Penyagalosa-top als middelpunt. Via een prive toegangsweg kom op het landgoed.
