Beautiful house & Hot Tub, 20 min to Skiing

Beautiful home w/hot tub and fireplace. Huge backyard/deck w/rock waterfall, trampoline & firepit. Comfortable beds. Stocked kitchen w/everything you will need to cook. Gas plumbed grill for BBQ Flat screen TV's Very spacious with 2 living areas. Dining Table for 8 w/extra leaf & 2 extra chairs to seat 10. Close to SLC & Ski resorts. Loud, large parties are not permitted if police are called you will be asked to leave w/ no refund. Perfect for lg families, ski groups & convention attendees.

Welcome to the newest and nicest remodel of Red Pine. This unit was fully remodeled and completed in Summer of 2017. This unit offers quartz counter tops, custom cabinets, a large central island, open floor plan, upgraded appliances, HD TV's, and a true 1.5 bath for your convenience. The newly open floor plan is great for socializing and dining. Unit includes a private patio that includes a table for 4 and new Weber grill. This beautiful basement apartment has its own entrance. Our home is located on a quiet street in the heart of Orem, however we consider it a secret sanctuary within Orem! This beautiful space boasts 3 bedrooms that have their own TV's. A large bathroom and a beautiful kitchen and family room. The family room also has a television and a gas fireplace. Located in the heart of Orem, you are close to everything and yet we are in a beautifully secluded neighborhood!

This cozy gem is a private, 800 square foot spacious one bedroom apartment featuring continental b'fast and a full kitchen! Countless restaurants, pubs, grocery stores feet away. Features include new furniture, appliances, washer/dryer, electric fireplace, comfy bed, upgraded linen and other lovely touches. :-) 55 inch TV including complimentary Netflix, Roku apps and of course high speed wifi. 2 Bed/1 Bath Guest Suite

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease.
