The Villa was well cleaned and maintained. Our stay was ok, money spent is worth it

This is a great place to stay right near the action. It's a large one bedroom apartment with a great little kitchen, dining table and huge lounge that was great for watching Netflix etc. The bathroom has a jacuzzi that was nice to relax in. The building is a bit old, but it was still a great place to stay. No issues with noise outside and a great breakfast and bar next door at the Wild Orchid and the new Malaysian restaurant across the street. The massage place opposite is great too. Definitely recommend Nigels place, he was a great host and easy to communicate with.

Even with the small mishaps it was still a gret stay for us especially since we were able to bring 4 puppies with us.

Travelled to Clark for work and it was terrific. I really enjoyed the location, close enough to SM Clark for shopping but lots of great little supermarkets nearby, so need to head to SM Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this house. The house definitely accommodated all of our needs and Rhoda the caretaker was always quick to help out when we needed anything. The only things to note are that there were a lot of Mosquitos around in December (but they had a zapper inside and some portable zappers for use as well) along with a fire ant colony near the pool that definitely did some damage to our feet one evening... There was also an odd smell of sewage about the place that wouldn't go away... Overall, we really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the ability to come back and relax by the pool at the end of the day. Patricia and Rhoda were excellent hosts and we really appreciated their hospitality!

place was nice, clean and close enough to the beach, we did have to pay extra for the extra guests, not sure why, it's not like he had to build extra bedrooms for the extra guests, the price of the stay should have been the price of the stay no matter how many guests.

Like any other houses we booked here at La Serrano, we’re happy with the sleeping capacity and the beds are really comfy. There are rooms for improvement, like the fridge in the kitchen. We booked two houses today and the other house has fully functional fride. This was our 3rd booking at La Serrano, but first time using this unit.

The Nook is a very lovely place. We arrived very late at night but the caretaker (Mang Boyet) was ready, waiting for us still. It’s a very relaxing place and Anton was very friendly and accommodating. Wifi is strong so that’s a plus for us so were able to do our regular zoom at night. Thanks be to God through Christ!

Couldn't ask for a nicer place to feel at home While on vacation. The communication is just like a family member and always bending over backwards to help and get things done. The hot shower was a great thing after a long tiring day and made fir wonderful evenings at home. You won't find a better more friendly accommodation than at Rich & Cherry's apartments. 5 star all the way!!

the place is super! chill ung waves so kids friendly. hindi malamok and malamgaw yung place! im a fan of wood furnitures so I appreciate yung wood works around their place, couldve been plastic stuff pero hindi hehe. kitchen needs, complete din! sobrang daming fan so wala din problema. super lamig din aircon. malakas din wifi. as in beachfront kaya perfect sa mga hyper kids. had some confusion with caretaker pero eventually was solved. overall it was a great stay. maraming salamat Richard for lending us your home. thank you.

the place is beautiful, clean, great and restful. The toilet is clean. There are close restaurants and banchetto near the shore. There are many parking spaces. I suggest, the dining chairs need to be replaced because it's old and already damaged, can't be used. definitely I will check in again.

The place felt like home and we enjoyed our stay. Ms. Carmina and the house manager, Ms. Myra did a great job hosting us. We we're briefed clearly upon our check-in. They were very responsive to our messages and all of our requests were all granted. Everything was clean and the place is truly cozy and homey. Overall, this place is a perfect place for families or small group of friends who wants to just enjoy a private and chillax kind of staycation.

Our stay was beyond what we expected. The place is clean and Aileen was well accommodating. If you need a place in Angeles City, near to almost everything, like restaurants, banks, atm, etc. I would recommend this place.

We enjoyed a nice family get together on a 4 day weekend and Cristina's place was great for us to relax and enjoy time out of the city surrounded by nature. Very clean and well appointed we just had to bring personal items and get food from the local market and vendors and cook in the well equipped kitchen. Air Conditioning and Hot Water heaters all worked great. Pool was clean and refreshing. Good water pressure. No internet but 3 bar LTE cell service on Smart and we brought our Starlink so no problems staying online. The on site caretaker was very helpful getting us checked in and with questions about the local area and available if any assistance was needed.

The stay was great overall. The place was just as described, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. However, something to improve is the cooking ware for replacement. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone to stay and experience the Anvaya.

The place was spacious; it comfortably fit 6 adults and 1 child with lots of room for play and personal space. The balcony had a beautiful view of the sunset, as well as the greenery, which was very peaceful. Hans is a wonderful host; he responded to our inquiries promptly and ensured that coordination with the club front desk went smoothly for beach club access. We enjoyed the pools, the beach, the restaurants, the gym, the shuttle service, and we enjoyed watching our daughter make friends as she played in the kiddie indoor playground. We enjoyed our trip to Anvaya.
