It is convenient to Columbia (40 miles west).The house is located on the back of our family operated 200 acre working cattle farm. Nestled in the woods on the edge of a 14 acre private pond, the house offers a great escape from daily life. Enjoy a peaceful day of fishing, swimming, paddling the pond, or simply sit on the covered front porch and take in the view of the pond.

800 square foot newly remodeled retreat with 400 square foot screened in porch overlooking the pond. 6 person Hot Tub, rocking Chairs, love seat and a picnic table all on the screened in porch offer a relaxing, comfortable area to enjoy the sunset over the pond. There is an aluminum jon boat as well as several kayaks supplied with the property for the use of the guests. The house is supplied with linens, towels, coffee pot, pots, pans and a charcoal grill. Currently no fish in pond.
