Bright and quiet townhouse close to UNC DUKE

Be close to everything when you stay at this peaceful and central place in Booker Creek Village, ideal to commute to UNC, Duke and RTP. The townhouse is nestled on a quiet & green cul-de-sac, located on the free CL bus route at a walking distance of Trader Joe's, Whole foods, Wegmans, Food Lion & the Booker Creek Trail. The house is modern, inviting & quiet with a lot of natural light, a private fenced yard as well as a front porch. 2 upstairs bedrooms share a Jack & Jill Bathroom. 1100 Sq/Ft.

Quiet retreat in townhouse-5 min to UNC, downtown

Private room in townhouse located on Chapel Hill free bus line (N). 10 minute bus ride to UNC campus, 5 minute drive to downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill, just off the Bolin Creek Trail. Guests enjoy private 2nd floor bedroom with queen bed, workspace, and large closet and private full bathroom. Shared kitchen, dining, and outdoor spaces. Washer and dryer (including detergents and dryer sheets) available to guests, located right next to bed and bathroom! Neighborhood pool open May-September!

A safe and welcoming stay for FEMALE Guests only, in a shared home with two friendly women. Just a 4-minute drive to Southpoint Mall for shopping and dining, walking distance to the American Tobacco Trail. You’ll also be a short drive from Duke University, UNC hospital and NC State University, Durham downtown, DPAC, Sarah P. Duke Gardens, Durham Bulls Athletic Park, and RDU Airport. With easy access to I-40 and Research Triangle Park, it’s a convenient location for both leisure and business!

Centrally located in Durham between UNC and Duke campuses. Two different Go Triangle & Chapel Hill Transit buses stop in ft of the townhome and go directly to both campuses. This 2200 sq ft craftsman style townhome has a living room and separate upstairs den, both with TVs. 3 BR and 2 1/2 BA. Luxury steam shower in master bathroom. Garage has an EV car Charger. 8 Min to Southpoint mall. Stylish place to stay, perfect for group trips. Dog friendly $87 for up to 2 dogs. Sorry no cats.
