U blizini su dvije šljunčane plaže, pizzeria ,trgovine ,restorani. Udaljeni smo 3 km od Pakoštana. U blizini su biciklističke staze . Imamo i veliku zajedničku terasu sa pogledom na more i kamenim grilom .Apartman se nalazi u prizemlju i vlastitom terasom.
