This brand new suite is truly in the middle of everything; situated between the Landmark and the War Memorial, a block from the Onondaga Courts, the Hotel Syracuse, across from the Galleries and TCG Player, a block from the Equitable Towers and 2 blocks from the Salt City Market and Syracuse.com. Other notable destinations include two blocks from the MOST and Armory Square and one mile to Syracuse University. The apartment has granite counters, tiled bathroom, washer & dryer and an office area.

Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

The townhouse is located in a secure building in the historic armory square. Many nice Bars and restaurants are located on the same street right outside the building. MOST and landmark theater are within walkable distance. Destiny Mall & Syracuse University are 5 min drive away. Enjoy complimentary Keurig coffee and enjoy the street view Refer "Other details to note" regarding Home Owner association rules . Violation fee for first incident is $250 for first incident. $400 for second incident.

This house is about 2 miles from the village, lake, restaurants, bars and most wedding venues. Enjoy the beauty of Skaneateles and then return to your own oasis on nearly an acre of manicured landscape with a wonderful deck overlooking a pond. Make time to watch the sunset with a glass of wine or the sunrise with your morning coffee . Coffee bar included with snacks. In the wintertime enjoy the wood stove (wood is provided but if you need more the Byrne Dairy has some) and games.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this spacious, centrally located home. Close to SU, LeMoyne, ESF, St Joseph’s hospital, Crouse & Upstate. Enjoy the large kitchen and separate dining room, and relax in the living room. You can look forward to a great nights sleep in our 2- king beds in our master suites, or a full in the guest room. You will be put to sleep by bullfrogs and crickets but be able to hop on the highway and reach many destinations. For vacationers, we are at the edge of the Fingerlakes about 20 miles from Skaneateles, NY. Whether passing through or here for a short stay, our place will provide comfort and quiet.
