Godden Cottage in Mission Bay

Perfectly situated in Mission Bay is this private self-enclosed cottage. This quaint little cottage sits adjacent to the main house and offers two parking space with its own dedicated entrance. The space offers a full kitchen with a two pot stove, dish washer, fridge, washing machine and 42 inch TV with Freeview. The lounge catches a considerable amount of sun and has sliding doors that open on both sides and pour out to a private, wraparound deck that overlooks our garden. There was s a Heatpump offering heating and cooling all year around.

Delightful two bedroom garden unit located behind the main household but totally separate. Light and bright with two separate and private outdoor areas, both fully fenced. Small cosy living space with kitchenette, washing machine and dryer. Microwave, electric element and electric frypan for cooking. Quiet and safe residential neighbourhood. Walking distance to shopping centre, children’s play areas and walkways. Weekly fresh linen for long term guests. Bread, milk, jam, coffee and tea provided.

Retro' beachy spacious studio unit, private entrance and expansive ocean views to Waiheke to the sand across the road. 40 minutes to airport, 35 minutes Pine Harbour ferry service to Auckland city nearby. Cafe next door, takeaways, Indian restaurant a short walk. Beautiful walks, reserves, regional parks Omana and Duder and mountain biking park nearby. Safe swimming beach for stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing from the wharf. Jet skies for rent next door. It's truly a little paradise

The Black Pearl

Escape the city with this stylish kiwi cottage. The house has 2 double bedrooms, 3rd double bedroom in a sleep out adjoining the house. A 4th bedroom is a small single for kids. A modern kitchen gives the option to cook. This sun drenched house has decks on both sides, private north facing outdoor living at the back with a front deck flowing from the lounge with great sea views. Only 100m from a bus stop so easy to get to and from the ferry and walking distance to shops, cafes, and beaches.

Perfectly located in a genuine Little Oneroa position less than 5 minutes walk to gorgeous Little Oneroa Beach (approx 350 metres away) with its beautiful white sands, a playground for the kids and a conveniently located dairy.
