Studio in beautiful garden next to the estuary

My place is close to parks and great views. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the people, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Guests are welcome from everywhere and anywhere. Make yourselves at home. This is a studio space with a bed/sitting room, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a hand basin then a separate toilet and shower area. There's a place to hang clothes and plenty of storage in drawers and cupboards. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, small conventional oven and cooktop with an additional double cooking ring for the enthusiasts. Plenty of cooking and eating utensils. Guest have access to the back garden where there's a bench table for afternoon and evening sun. There's a line to hang washing at the back of the garden. Guest are also welcome at any time to use the tables and chairs on the front deck to enjoy the morning sun and views over the estuary. We want you to enjoy your stay and see as much of Auckland as possible. There is so much to see, we have 34 regional parks just for starters! There's plenty of space just over the road for walking, running, kayaking, cycling, tennis and futsal and a swimming pool 20 minutes walk away. We are more than happy to help you find places of interest to visit and show how best to get there. >If you have a car please park it on the left of the road, outside the house. It's perfectly safe there but should be locked at all times and don't leave any valuables in them. >You will find various bus and train schedules and maps in the studio. We will try to make sure they are always up to date but can't guarantee it. Best use the website (EMAIL HIDDEN) to plan journeys and or buy an AT HOP card (the closet place is the Panmure rail station) which makes it easier to pay fro trips on buses and trains. >There are a group of shops on Tripoli Road (just a 3 minute walk through the Tamaki Primary school grounds). The shops sell, food (milk, bread, convenience foods, fruit & vegs etc), liquor, chinese take-aways.

Waiheke Romantic Beach Getaway

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located beach haven. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Relax and unwind, no need to drive. The bus stop is just outside giving you access to vineyard day trips and more. At night time in the summer, sit outside in the courtyard and enjoy a glass of wine or alfresco dinning. If it's winter then cozy up on the comfortable sofa with the soft warm blankets provided and watch TV. And every night enjoy the best sleep in the super dark bedroom!

Perfect beach location! Part of a high standard, modern house on Browns Bay beachfront. 3-4 min flat walk to bus, shops and restaurants. Two large bedrooms with a large bathroom, allowing you exclusive use of this big area downstairs, including the shower, bath and vanity, dining/lounge/kitchenette. Underfloor heating in winter. Large outdoor deck with outdoor furniture, looks into garden with close beach and Rangitoto views. Nespresso machine. Off street parking. $10 per EV charge overnight.

Orewa by the Beach - Coastal living

Centrally located at the heart of the famous Orewa beach in the Hibiscus Coast of North Auckland region, 200m distance from the surf beach and 350m from the entrance of the 8km estuary walk/cycle way. The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. Included in your stay is the unlimited use of canoes and paddle boards- life jackets provided. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed.

The walkway to the beach is across the road from the bottom of the property, short 5 mins stroll to the beach. Designed as a romantic getaway, with 4 post bed, hot tub & amazing night skies. Welcome to one of Conifer Groves largest water-front properties. Down the end of a super-quiet cul-de-sac you are free to come and go as you please with your own private space. We love our neighbourhood and are confident you will too! 20 minutes to Auckland International / Domestic Airport. 10 minutes to Auckland Botanical Gardens and Rainbows End. 5 minutes to Takanini Train Station. 5 minutes to motorway. Wireless internet is provided.

Relax in the Treehouse by the Sea

Meet us at the Treehouse by the sea, only 300 metres from Maraetai Beach, which means meeting place by the sea. This gem is a special place. Have coffee with the kereru, wake up to the tuis, swim in the turquoise waters of the bay and enjoy the tranquil life of Maraetai. This sleepout is located on our property only a short walk to the beach; you will enjoy peace, the sounds of the creek running below and the visiting bird life.

The Boat House - absolute waterfront serenity

Absolute waterfront as-close-as-you-can-get to the sea and coastal wildlife - offering privacy, serenity, sunshine and stunning sunsets... Very close to amenities - including golf courses, beaches, cafes, and Auckland's CBD. The Boathouse is for the pleasure of booked guests - not to entertain friends and family - there are many venues in the area we are happy to recommend.
