Carl’s beautiful newly renovated studio just a short walk to the beach. (12 minutes) Contemporary, big studio with separate kitchen located on ground floor with separate private entry. All furnishings, kitchen and bathroom amenities completely new, including blankets, bed linings, and bathroom supplies. The studio is located very conveniently in central Auckland making it easy to go everywhere. 2 min walk from bus stops, 20min walk from the train station, and 15mins drive to airport and CBD.

The room is very private and has its own external door and ensuite (enjoy the high pressured luxury rain shower) which cannot be accessed by the main house or suite 1. The bedroom has a kitchenette (microwave/bar fridge), dining table and queen bed (there is no kitchen sink). The apartment is fully furnished. It has an air-conditioning/heat pump unit. There is ample street parking available. You'll be within metres of a bus stop. A 20 minute walk to Mt Smart Stadium and a 2 minute walk to cafes and eateries.
