The Art House is a charming two-bedroom Lockwood home from the 1950s that is warm and inviting. Thoughtful touches throughout make you feel at home. Recently fitted with new double-glazed windows, it's exceptionally cosy. The heat pump and fire keep you warm. The back deck, basking in sunlight, is perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine and a good book. The lake and hot water beach are just a 10-minute walk away, offering endless exploration opportunities.

The property is right next to the river on a small country road that heads to the lake you can just about fish out the front door into the Tauranga-Taupo River a trout fishermen’s Dream. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Washing machine, hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided.
