The beach property has three freestanding structures. A main house with living room, full kitchen, full bathroom, sleeping nook and a private bedroom. The bunkhouse has a sitting area w two twin beds & a bunkbed. And the bungalow is a studio unit with a small kitchen, 3/4 bathroom and sitting area. It's great for two families who like communal spaces but privacy as well. Stick the kids in the bunkhouse and get a quiet nights sleep. The houses sit 5 feet above the beach protected by a bulkhead.

Our bungalow is located in the Chautauqua beach community. It is the perfect location to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. While it is not a waterfront property, the beach, known as KVI beach, is a stone's throw away. Central to the interior of the open beamed bungalow is a stone faced Envirotech masonry fireplace. Surrounding the masonry are the living room, office, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. Appliances are Fischer Paykel--propane cooktop & electric oven.
