It's perfect for couples and close friends, with 2 dedicated bedrooms and a cozy living room. **12 y/o and above only due to safety concerns!** Explore the property, visit the pond, and walk trails looping around the 15 acre field and through acres of stunning PNW forest.

Located in a quiet and safe rural neighborhood just minutes from the famous John Wayne Marina and the stunning sunset at The Spit . Take a long nice walk to Discovery Trail and enjoy the Skyridge golf Course on your way back. Minutes away from restaurants and close to Hurricane Ridge ,Victoria Canada Ferry terminal. Come home to a spacious , immaculate space with the most comfortable queen size bed . Fully functioning /stocked kitchen. FYI: no street lights if you arrive after sunset
