Situated in a quiet neighbourhood in the heart of the historical center of Corfu, this apartment has been freshly renovated to meet the expectations of even the most demanding guest. Next to the apartment, one can find the Church of Agioi Pateres which dates from the 15th century. From the balcony, the our guests will have views of the New Fortress. Our lovely place is only a 3 minute walk to Spianada square and Liston as well as shops, super markets, banks, restaurants, cafes, bars and beaches.

The exclusively terrace of the penthouse, overlooking the bay is just 30 meters far from the coastline. The magnificent view over Corfu old castle, the sea and the windmill is breathtaking. The apartment consists of one bedroom with double bed, the living room with sofa bed which turns into a double bed, kitchen and Wc, everything brand new.

Kofineta Studio

Kofineta studio is situated in the centre of Old Corfu town, on the top floor. The bedroom has a semi-double bed, bedside table and a big drawer unit. The bathroom has a shower and the dining/sitting area has doubled glazed windows and two armchairs creating a lovely, light and airey space. The studio is well supplied with free wifi, small fridge, air conditioning, kettle and drink making facilities , although there is not a kitchen . Kofineta studio is a non smoking area .

CASA RAIMONDA, on the 2nd floor of a typical, urban Corfiot house, has just been refurbished (in 2017), combining respect for local tradition as well as modern comforts. It is located in the heart of the historic district of Porta Remounda, on the south side of the old town of Corfu. CASA RAIMONDA is 35 m² and its location is an ideal basis for getting to know the city and the island of Corfu as it is very close to municipal parking, public transport, city buses and taxis.
