Very cute place to stay! This place has everything to offer for your getaway. Very nice location, easy to find! Communication with the owners was on point! Me and my girlfriends had fun!

Was a nice place and perfect location. Not too far from all the business of Nashville but far enough you can remove yourself from the noise and relax.

This is such a great place to stay! Walking distance from Broadway as well as some other great areas!

Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

This is a great spot! Walkable to broadway, and super close to germantown! I loved being able to stroll around the area. Place is super cute and felt extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Wade met me and let me in. Gave me a tour of the home with lots of local recommendations. Extremely helpful and super friendly. Jonathan called me later that evening to make sure everything was going well, and that my check-in was pleasant. Great hosts! Highly recommend. The home exceeded my expectations...was clean...and the location was beautiful!

This home was exactly what we needed for our large family visiting the area for a wedding. The house felt so “homey” as soon as you walked inside and the home was furnished with all kinds of extra linens, towels and kitchen supplies! Sallie was super responsive as we planned for the trip and made sure we had exact directions into the area.

This property was exactly what my party and I were looking for. We came for the Downtown fun but wanted be stay somewhere quiet and relaxing. The place was exactly as described. It was very clean and full of all of the amenities listed. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils pots and pans, etc.. The beds were very comfortable and equipped with a good quality, bedding and last, but not least the outdoor deck along with the covered carport makes it great for the hanging outside, relaxing, and getting some fresh air. The hosts was very responsive when messaging them about an issue with the Wi-Fi, which was an overlook on my part. All in all this will be my go to whenever back in Nashville..

We stayed at Lisa's for a wedding nearby. We are a family of three, with a three-year-old. We were extremely comfortable. The airbnb is beautiful, spacious, clean, and looks just like the photos. It is an extremely peaceful atmosphere in the woods/on the lake. My daughter absolutely loved swinging, playing outside, and she went in the pool once. She also loved the extremely sweet three dogs and two cats who roam the property. Comfortable beds, beautiful design, and the house smells new. It's around a 30 minute drive from BNA. My sister in law visited from Nashville daily and it took her anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours to drive to/from downtown Nashville, depending on the traffic, with the longer drives obviously being during rush hour. Lisa was extremely responsive and helpful and communicative. She lives on the property in the main house and the first night her husband brought over milk for our daughter. Really a great stay!

Very peaceful being right off of the river! The house was very accommodating for our large family of 7 and could have accommodated more considering there were a couple of sofa beds. The furniture was nice, comfortable and clean in the living room and bedrooms. Lots of towels and extra linens! Shower products as well as an accessible washer and dryer were also nice and available. Our kids loved playing outside, fishing, and playing ping pong which were all provided! Jessica was an amazing host! She responded quickly and was flexible with checking in and out. The only downfall was not being able to open any windows in the sunroom off of the main bedroom considering it was 80-90° outside during the day. The house is in a great location with an easy walk to downtown Sparta. Beautiful outdoor property!

Great place! Very clean. I would definitely consider staying again if we vacation in the same area. We appreciated having two common rooms for our extended family to stay together, nice bedrooms and extra sleeping spaces in basement common room, and good # of bathrooms. The deck was a nice place to sit/rock and enjoy the peaceful winter days (when warm enough). Basement (2 bedrooms and baths + a common space) was cold but mostly taken care of by quality space heaters. We liked being able to walk to the small marina and through the campground loops. Extremely quiet area during our winter holiday visit. I imagine there is more action in the summer (lake) months. Thanks for a quality stay!

Perfect for our family vacation! The secluded property was an added perk and you don’t hear all the traffic you normally would staying in a suburb of Nashville!

Fantastic little spot!

We wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the wonderful stay we had at your property. It truly felt like a home away from home. We were visiting my sister, who has been unwell, and having such a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay made our trip all the more meaningful. I was able to prepare meals to bring to her, which was a huge help during this time. Additionally, being close enough to Nashville allowed us to enjoy some of the sights, making it a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. Thank you again for providing such a lovely space. It was exactly what we needed, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Bekah’s place was super easy to find. The surrounding area was neat being right along the river and having the balcony to enjoy it. There was some construction near by, but was not an issue at all. Bekah’s place was perfect for what we came for. The walk to downtown was super easy and it wasn’t too crowded. It was a 20 minute walk. I could see how someone might be a little uncomfortable at night, if alone, but the two of us didn’t feel threatened and it was quite peaceful. It was overall a great location and nice place to stay. We would love to stay at Bekah’s place for our next visit to Nashville!

The owner is very responsive and nice. The place was extremely clean and we had no issues with checking in or out. Our stay was also booked very last minute and host was able to accommodate us without issues. Very happy with our stay!

River view and wildlife were great!

The AirB&B description of this condo is perfect and accurate. Brittany is a very responsive host and replied to a couple of questions we had very promptly. The condo is clean bright and airy with a good view of the river. The little patio was a nice touch. The condo is well equipped,plenty of linens and bathrooms supplies as is the kitchen with a good collection of amenities including a good selection of hot beverages options. A bonus especially in a city location was plenty of on site parking right outside the condo. The location is perfectly situated to explore the city. The surrounding area is going through a renovation phase with lots of renovations going on. There are several good restaurants and local bars within a 15 to 20 minutes walk around German town, which we considered safe walking even on the late evening. Down town and Broadway is about a 20 to 30 minute walk along the river path,again we felt save walking there day and night even though it was a little quiet. This

My husband and I enjoyed our 5 nights at Debbie and Bill's. We loved having the small balcony overlooking the river. They had everything we needed and more. We did not have a car, so we took an Uber or a lift everywhere, which was nice since we were picked up under cover, as it rained every day.

Mindy’s place is close to Germantown and downtown Nashville. We walked everywhere. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Nice view of the river. The kitchen has several nice amenities. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood and parking felt very safe. Katie was very responsive and communicated well about instructions to find and get into her place. Her unit is on the third floor with external stairs and no elevator, but I knew about that before booking.

Jordan's place was as described with nice linen's, comfortable beds, coffee/tea supplies, and good location between downtown and Germantown. The river view was my favorite thing! The place is very clean, a bit worn but very comfortable, nice furniture. We had a bit of trouble getting in with a glitchy keypad but tried enough times to get it to work. Jordan replied quickly when contacted! No condiments or toiletries so have your own (we did) and plan to walk 10-15 minutes to restaurants. Easy to rideshare to Broadway, etc. We would definitely stay again!
