Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Glass villa: heated pool , jacuzzi

The villa is on two floors, connected by internal stairs. On the ground floor there is a living room with exit and pool view, kitchen with exit to a covered outdoor bbq ,a bathroom, and room an en suite bathroom On the second floor are 3 rooms, a gallery overlooking the sky and the bathroom. Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach very near,Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.

Okrug Gornji (Čiovo) 7 km from Trogir: Beautiful villa "Andrea", 2 storeys. In the district of Mavarštica 1.8 km from the centre of Okrug Gornji, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 170 m from the sea, 170 m from the beach. Private: property 400 m2 , swimming pool angular (7 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, 20.04.-16.11.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (90 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises.

Moderna novo sagrađena vila, prekrasno dizajnirana i potpuno opremljena sa svim potrebnim sadržajima, koja će Vaš odmor sa obitelji ili prijateljima pretvoriti u divno iskustvo te Vam pružiti sve što Vam je potrebno za odmor i uživanje. Ističe se elegantnim i bezvremenskim uređenjem, napravljena u mediteranskom stilu gradnje te kao takva prilagođena podneblju u kojem se nalazi. Potrebni sadržaji su udaljeni svega nekoliko minuta hoda ( supermarket, kafići, pekara te velika šljunčana plaža ).

Villa Croatia Sea View with heated pool

This is a perfect villa for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet but still 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach and to the center of tipical Dalmatian village where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, coffe shops, bars and market.Villa has been renovated and everything is new,beds, showers,bbg,heated pool,kitchen aplliances,air condition. The house is perfectly located, just 30 min car drive, from national park Krka with beautifull waterfalls and 3 UNESCO cities Sibenik, Trogir and Split.

Okrug Gornji, Villa Milla

Villa Milla is a completely new well-equipped tourist facility, located on the south side of the island of Ciovo in the beautiful bay of Mavarstica, only 80 m from the sea. Villa Milla is for the first time open for tourism. Villa Mila has 2 apartments of 70 m2 and 2 of 50 m2. Our guests also have access to modern gym and pool. We are located in a quiet street only 5 minutes walk to shops, post offices, restaurants, ATMs, etc. We are only 5 km from Trogir, which is under Unesco protection.

Hill View - Luxury traditional Dalmatian Villa

This Villa is located on a hill with nature above city of Kaštela at heigh of 200m above sea level. House is compound between luxury and traditional dalmatian style. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

It is just perfect to explor our town, in front of Diocletian's Palace (everything is easy to reach on foot)beach, port,clubs and restorans all you need is just few minutes. If you have big group could have capacity till 23- extra charge.
