The Grafton Chateau

Welcome to the Grafton Chateau, a gorgeous secluded and private country retreat for all of your family and friends. With six bedrooms and a den, four baths, two fireplaces, a sauna and a large private pond beautifully situated on 67 acres of woodlands, the Grafton Chateau is the perfect comfortable home base for ski trips, hiking, antiquing, or just enjoying the scenery while you sit around the fire pit. The garage has outdoor recreation gear, like snowshoes and sleds. The den has a variety of toys, and games for kids and adults. The whole house, sauna house, barn and all 67 acres are all yours! We are always available by phone, text, or email if you have any questions. Grafton is just about the most charming Vermont town you can find and is convenient to four ski mountains and every other outdoor activity you can imagine.

Boulder House - Extraordinary Luxury in the Woods!

From its unique interior wall of huge boulders to the soaring post and beam construction, Boulder House is bolder in every way. It's a rare combination of peace, solitude, and luxury in a beautiful and secluded setting within the 250-acre Lakefalls estate. The very private deck overlooks "Chandler Meadow" and 11,000 acres of conserved land and water, with stunning views from the sunken tub and outdoor shower. Ludlow Lake & Ski Cottage - Adventure Awaits!

Relax and unwind at our charming cottage directly on Lake Rescue in Ludlow, VT. Enjoy stunning lake views, direct access to water activities (kayaks and paddle boat included!), with close proximity to Okemo Mountain Resort (5 min), Fox Run Golf Club (5 min) and Killington Mountain Resort (15 min - Skyeship). Perfect for your family or a group of friends to take advantage of everything the area has to offer. Our cozy house offers everything you need for your relaxing (or adventurous) getaway!

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

Cabin-by-the-falls

One-bedroom cabin (one double bed only) for those who want tranquility. Parking at main house and then short walk downhill, then level rocky trail to the cabin, which is located at a stream and waterfalls. There is a composting toilet, electricity and water. Wifi at main house, on deck, 5 mins walk. Wood burner in cabin, and propane stove in outside kitchen. A stand pipe (potable) or water from nearby stream (non-potable). There is a deck overlooking the stream with a picnic table.

Cozy waterfront cabin Perkins Pond

Come relax, unwind and enjoy the year round beauty and fun at our cabin on Perkins Pond! Many activities to enjoy with each season.. Kayak, canoe, fish and swim or float, nap on the hammock in summer months.. Walk, hike and enjoy the awe of Fall color.. Snowshoe, skate, ice fish, cross country ski on the frozen pond during winter and enjoy downhill at Mt Sunapee just 8 min away or just relax by the wood stove!! Make special memories with your family and friends here at our special place!!

Hillside Cottage @ The Mettawee Retreat

The Hillside Cottage is a luxury cabin with views of the Mettawee River. Located on 26 acres on a back road, it is peaceful & private. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking or relax on the deck. This riverside retreat includes a king bed, jacuzzi tub & a kitchenette. Sitting around the fire pit with dinner cooked on the grill is the perfect ending to a long hike. Whether it’s a quick get-away or an extended vacation, the Hillside Cottage is a simple solution from a complicated life.

Fully renovated in 2019, our four bedroom Ludlow, VT home has over 300' of river frontage on the west side of the Black River. Walk out to amazing fishing in one of Vermont's crystal clear rivers. Enjoy nature while your stress melts away or have some fun at the Okemo Resort boasting mountain biking, zip lining, and two 18-hole championship golf courses. Easy river access by kayak to Lake Rescue and a 2 min drive to the family-friendly beaches of Echo Lake.

Cozy Retreat in the Trees

Time travel to 1958 in this architectural gem! This mid-century modern glass and wood cabin is 300 yards away from a charming small lake. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.
