Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Located perfectly just 10 mins drive from central Hamilton and also 10 mins from the airport, Mystery Creek, the Velodrome, Hamilton Gardens, Waikato Uni and Ruakura. It is fully self contained with a modern kitchen and spacious living area. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Only 1.2kms off the Waikato River Trail it is a perfect base for those wanting to explore by bike.

Nestled at the foot of the Hakarimata range, the cabin is completely private and separate from the hosts residence. It is the perfect retreat, a place to break up your journey or as a base for the many tourist, cycling or walking activities the Waikato has to offer. The cabin has a queen-sized bed with ensuite. The kitchenette has gas hobs with small fridge, kettle, toaster, and all basic utensils. Milk, tea and coffee are included. There’s wifi and a TV with Chromecast.

A warm, spacious and private retreat set on 60 acres 2 minutes from Pirongia village. Fully self contained with large lounge, dining and kitchen area and your own bathroom and toilet. Swings, maypole and trampoline for the kids. Pets to pat. Swimming pool available through the warmer months. The Black Barn is set amongst an open ground nursery and farmland. If you like plants and space, you will love this place!
