Our visit at this AirBnb was impeccable. From the service to the rooms to the environment of the home. This home shows the lavish life of Lagos completely, perfect for a family with the not one, but two communal spaces. The staff were exquisite. Highly professional and alert. 😄 They were concered and completely immersed in making this the best stay and making sure every one of us were comfortable. ❤️❤️

This residence is exactly as indicated in current pictures and description. The unit is also safer than average, as it is nearly impossible for anyone to enter without your consent. There are reliable appliances, such as gas cooker, refridgerator, water heater and air conditioning (although the force of the air coming out of air conditioning may not be very strong on any setting). Two fans, and TV with DSTv cable. I even get almost all radio stations clearly from inside the larger room with radio placed near window. Plenty of shops and some bars and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. I even did some DJ services for both bars. There is even laundry nearby. However, i STRONGLY SUGGEST that you make sure you get a physical receipt before allowing them to take your clothes.... Also, there is a police station nearby. As far as electricity goes, the supply is relatively decent compared to many other places in Lagos. Generator supply is available during times of no electricity. Do not judge by the outside of complex upon first glance at arrival. The inside is very nice and safe, and the surrounding area is active. The people (in my experience) have been very polite, honest and friendly (with exception to owner of laundry shop). You should not feel isolated and lonely here, and this particular host (in my experience) was legitimate and trustworthy. Try to save energy by turning off air conditioning, water heater and other appliances when not in use, especially while you're out

I found the property to be very homely with a lot of thoughtful touches. Best feature being the serenity and quiet that encloses one in stark contrast of the lagos hype. I strongly recommend it and applaud the value for money on offer.

Absolutely recommend staying with Dan. Great host with a great space. Dan was always available to answer any questions and tackle any issues. Very spacious room upstairs with a very large bed in top notch condition and lots of pillows. National grid power supply was excellent and together with inverter and a poweful generator, 24/7 power supply is guaranteed. The room has a great air conditioner which I turned on whenever I was indoors and was basically always available. There was also a great table fan to supplement as needed. I love that there were 2 large mirrors in the room and another in the bathroom- my vain self was very satisfied haha. The house is located in a very secure GRA with 2 factory Authentication security posts. Ofcourse this means, that the security post had to be called to admit in dispatch riders or uber drivers but again Dan was more than happy to make the call a 100 times a day if needed. In Summary, Stay with Dan! I recommend.
