Apartment with 1 bedroom and kitchen/sleeping area

The apartment accommodates up to 4 people. It has 1 bedroom, a kitchen/dining area/sleeping area, a bathroom, and a balcony. The kitchen is supplied with basic cutlery, plus a kettle and a microwave. There is a big TV situated on the wall of the bedroom, and a wardrobe containing extra sheets, blankets and pillows. The bathroom is supplied with all the basic toiletry. There is AC. Our apartment is 1km away from Rastoke, 30km away from Plitvice lakes, and 6min of walk to the center of the town.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Kuća je sagrađena u ljeto/jesen 2022. Okruženje RA HOUSE prepuno je prirodnih ljepota, izletišta, zanimljivih destinacija za odmor i zabavu. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
