You will find comfortable queen and twin beds in both bedrooms with a total of 2 queens and 2 twins. The second bedroom leads into the laundry room, kitchenette and full bath. Cute and spacious house just for you!

Beautiful house in Winder Ga, close to Athens, Fort Yargo Park, Road Atlanta, Chateau Elan and nature hikes. Renovated, modern, like new house that you will love hopefully as much as we do. This home features 2 bedrooms with a good size walk-in closet, 2 private full size bathrooms, open concept kitchen and living room, fireplace, spacious kitchen with new granite countertops and new cabinets, spacious 2 car garage, front and back patio with covered sitting areas, and private quiet yard. Athens Retreat: Comfort + Location!

Athens Retreat is located two miles from Sanford Stadium in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This is a fully furnished and well appointed house with all the amenities you need to cheer on the Dawgs, celebrate graduation, or attend a wedding. We continue to make improvements with a new tub/ tile in the hall bath, fresh paint/crown molding in bedrooms AND new appliances. Best of all, we now have hardwood floors throughout. Plus, there is a new 65" TV in the "Dawg Cave" downstairs den.

This comfy 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath cottage has been completely renovated in 2020. In the main house there are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths + living room, kitchen, and spacious back patio. Access to bunkhouse with bunkbeds + trundle + full bathroom is available for an additional $50 per night by messaging when you reserve. 4 block walk to DT Watkinsville. 6 mi. to Sanford Stadium: this is the perfect location for rest & relaxation.
