Cozy Cabin In The Woods

This beautiful 3 bed, 4 bath cabin is perfect for a family with water park tickets for sale separately. This cabin is a middle unit that backs right up to the nature preserve. The property sleeps up to 18 with 7 beds and 3 sleeper sofas. This property comes with high speed internet, washer and dryer, cable TV and the kitchen is fully equipped. Amazing location minutes from Starved Rock State Park, Matthiessen State Park and over the bridge from the historic town of Utica. No smoking and No pets

Renew yourself at my peaceful/centrally-located 2 story villa located in Grand Bear Resort Utica, Il next to 3 state parks.; golf,fishing, boating, biking. Surrounded by beautiful woods this 1800 sq ft villa is decorated with authentic log furniture, two gas fireplaces, full kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, laundry, queen sleeper sofa. Relax in a rural setting of 175 acres and enjoy the beautiful views over our 6 acre pond. Take a swim at a sandy beach, raft down our new 100 foot slip and slide, slide, and diving board. There is a wood dock for fishing and a concrete dock with large gazebo for sunbathing. Enjoy hiking paths, sit by the outdoor fire cook up some smores and watch the stars. Family gatherings of up to 25. Rain won't ruin your party! Plenty of room inside and in the garage with large tables and chairs.
