This is our home for many months each year and is significantly upgraded from a "rental." Known for great snorkeling and protected from large ocean waves, Ocotal is an uncrowded “locals” black sand beach. It has everything you need to prepare your meals. After a day in the sun you can come back to a fully air conditioned unit with three units throughout the condo. The pool at the condo is ideal.
