It has a brand new ac and air purifier. It has outdoor seating, privacy fence and keyless entry. Minutes away from JIA, River City Marketplace, the Zoo and the Cruise terminal.

Vita Nova: Fresh and Modern with Retro Vibes

Vita Nova is a newly renovated carriage house that has vintage charm with a modern feel. It is detached from the main bungalow, which was built in 1922 in the heart of Jax. This cozy 1 bed 1 bath has a small kitchenette available that includes a coffee bar with a Keurig and K-cups, microwave, toaster oven, mini refrigerator/freezer, and a brand new water filtration system so the water tastes delicious right from the tap. Our adorable home is a 358-square-foot one-bedroom with a loft is perfectly located to visit beaches, attend NFL games, or take a short drive to historical St Augustine or Fernandina Beach. This home is fully equipped with all utilities, including basic cable, Wi-Fi, two pools, a dog park, and a fitness center. The location is one exit from River City Marketplace and the Jacksonville airport, providing over 100 restaurants and retailer options.

Relax at this quaint and laid-back getaway located close to restaurants, airport, cruise terminal and major highways. The property is near nature preserves and state parks that are ideal for hiking ,fishing and boating or just relax in any of our many beautiful beaches and enjoy all the fine dining. For entertainment and event venues , Riverside/Downtown is under 30 minutes away. A great place to relax and rest after a day of activities or on your way to your final travel destination.

Near Airport & Beach Fully Fenced House

This is a new house built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!
