We had a faultless stay - the yurt was so fun, very well decorated, well equipped with coffee, tea, farm fresh eggs, bread and jam. The bed and chairs were very comfortable and the kitchen was clean and well equipped also - nice and rustic! We love camping and this was super fun glamping. Don't expect a 5 star resort, it's a unique glamping experience - we've never seen anything like it and we loved it! We went on a llama trek one day (highly recommend - another unique experience!) and fed the animals on the farm the following day - a really great experience! They have other "wacky" accommodation too including a train carriage, teepee, gypsy truck and large old horse drawn wagon - so cool! Would definitely want to try out the wagon next time too... Kevin was friendly, welcoming and helpful! Genuinely loved this place. A highlight of our two weeks in NZ for sure!

Sealey's Rye yurt was a wonderful healing space for myself and my partner at a difficult time. The property was beautiful, with the outdoor bath a blissful addition. The yurt was super comfortable and the indoor, outdoor feel of the whole space gave us the impression of camping while actually just clamping. My dog was a bit cheeky one morning and Sealey was wonderfully good about it- thanks Sealey 🙂.

A bumpy ride there, but that was clearly noted in the post and message from the host. Worth it though because my husband and I had the best sleep of our vacation here. Very airy and peaceful.

This is the perfect place for a serene getaway. Absolutely adored the interior set up of the tipi, the outdoor shower was divine, and I could’ve sat next to the fire pit under the stars forever. Thank you Priscylla!

We loved our stay here!! The mountain views were incredible and we enjoyed cooking on the fire. The yurt was also very cosy and the rustic wood fired bath and facilities only added to the whole experiences. Sharon was a great host and gave clear instructions on how to get there. We would love to come back!

Nestled in Canberra’s countryside-in-the-city suburb ‘Pialligo’ is the charming Yurt 1. The hosts have converted this quirky structure into a gorgeously comfortable haven. It seemed like each detail had been thoughtfully considered to make the guest feel more at home and comfortable. Simple things like extra long matches for the wood burning fireplace, a tray for your glass of wine and candles next to the generously sized bath, a kitchen with basics like olive oil, paper towel and a good Nespresso. Gorgeous bed linen. Everything was squeaky clean. There are some minor noise issues, yes it still is in the city and not far from an industrial estate, but that also means it’s 5 mins drive to an enormous shopping district with Woolies, Harris Farm, Dan Murphy’s, Bunnings, and even Ikea. 5 minutes walk away down the country road are charming cafes and artisan art and design brands like the fabulous ‘Bison’. Alice the host was very friendly and warm. Looking forward to coming back.

When you think the photos look too good to be true… this is your sign to believe them and book. Ayala is more beautiful and peaceful and serene than we could’ve ever imagined. Every single little thing was considered and spectacular, from the design to the amenities to the snacks and treats provided. It was perfection. Thank you for having us.

An intentional atmosphere with the purpose of creating a relaxed and serene environment. We stayed at Kelly’s for two nights and it was the perfect getaway from our busy lives to slow down for a few days and take in everything the local community had to offer. Couldn’t recommend Kelly’s more for anyone who needs a break from all the stress that life can hold!

This was an awesome experience!! The land surrounding the yurt is beautiful. You have a whole deck to enjoy with a fireplace, outdoor bath, and stunning views. The thoughtful touches made this place so special! Sweet notes, tons of food for breakfast stocked in the kitchen, and great local recommendations. We really enjoyed this stay. We ended up taking it easy around Te Anou and doing the recommended glow worm tour, which was really neat! Waking up there felt so serene! We’ll definitely remember this stay for years to come.

We kept postponing posting a review for Krista’s place because it was SO AMAZING that we did not want to rush and leave a review that does not reflect enough of how happy we are with this stay. Krista was very sweet and nice, offering us a tour of her farm and also checking in on us. The stay was so memorable and unique — the yurt of course is incredibly unique with such a comfortable bed, very well-equipped kitchen, lounge room attached, with an amazing view of tropical leaves and ahhh the (THE) bathroom. Bathroom has both standing shower and a beautiful bathtub overlooking their farm. We are SO GLAD we chose this place for our Big Island trip. If you are on the fence of whether to stay here or not, trust this review and all the other good reviews and book this place. You won’t regret it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean, quirky, private and comfortable. Short flat walk to shops, restaurants and facilities. Would love to stay again.

The yurt was beautifully presented inside with a great layout, and the kitchen / bathroom areas had everything that you could possibly need. The whole place was sparkly clean and very nicely decorated with quality furnishings - clearly a lot of thought and attention has gone into your place and it is much appreciated. There's something about this place that's serene, with beautiful, clear skies, chirping birds, and cows mooing that takes me back to simpler times. There's no TV but plenty of board games that encourage family involvement, and maybe that's the intent—to bring family together the old-fashioned way. Screw the devices, video games and cell phones! We love it here -- the owners carefully thought ahead about what would be needed so that there's no want but to simply enjoy getting to know each other. Thank you Chrystine, core memories have been made with my family.

Le coin piscine est super agréable et la nourriture servie au restaurant très bonne aussi. Francis a été d’une aide précieuse en nous conseillant et réservant taxis, motos, bateaux et tours sur l’île à des prix avantageux. Merci pour tout !

Thank you Pip! My mum and I had a great stay in your beautiful yurts. Loved the very peaceful setting, simple, and has everything you need. The kitchen and bathroom are great, with ample space and well appointed. Also very much appreciated the fresh eggs waiting for us in the fridge. And the yurt! Beautiful design and loved the colours and textures of the furnishings. Was pretty hot on entry - 3pm on a hot summer's day - but with the aircon and rolling up the external plastic blind it soon cooled down. And you could sleep with a light breeze flowing through. Just beautiful. Even through the other 2 yurts were booked, we were totally private, with trees surrounding us and couldn't hear anything. A short drive to the beach for swims and walks and the local fish and chip shop is gold - busy and delicious!

Wonderful to have had another holiday in one of our favourite places. We love the yurt and the beautiful spot of its surroundings. Clean, comfortable beds, a hammock to lie in, fire pit to sit around in the evenings, gorgeous bush to watch the sunset through, a lovely clean bathroom that has everything you need….plus gorgeous rock pools 5 minutes up the road to explore and swim in. Despite torrential rain one night, we stayed lovely and dry and listening to a thunderstorm surrounding us from the comfort of the yurt was just magical! Definitely a 10/10 holiday for us.

Stunning views if the valley! enjoyed hot tub and peaceful surroundings, even if it rained most of the weekend.

had an amazing time in warburton and personally think the accommodation was the best part! so many activities and board games included, the spa was absolutely divine and locatedright in the middle of all the amazing hiking trails & only a 5 minute drive into town. I would highly recommend this place to any one looking for a get away

Loved be in a natural setting - so close to everything but peaceful and tranquil.
