Everything was perfect and loved that it was within a very short walk to the Winery. We absolutely love the restaurant, and the food is always incredible. The staff in the restaurant are wonderful, and the staff working at the tasting bar are awesome.

It was a great place to stay in West Port. Only 5 mins away from downtown and couldn’t have asked for a more responsive and welcoming host. Would recommend any family or group to stay there!

Perfect place for a family wanting to enjoy Seabrook! Park is literally up the street, which my five year old appreciated. Fabulous trails all around for biking, running, or walking. The beach is breathtaking and a must if you’ve never been! We used the community fireplace which was cozy and a perfect way to end our trip.

This is an adorable place to stay! Keri has done a great job at making this place to cone to relax. We hit some not so great beach weather and that lead us looking for things to do around the area. Seabrook is about 1-2 miles away. Ocean shores is about 25 min away. There isnt much around the actual cabin. I would have liked dryer sheets and extra toilet paper. We had 2 adults and 2 kids for 5 nights... we did laundry a few times bc the beach gets messy. Overall, this place is super!

Such a great little house! We were in town for work and this was the perfect place to unwind after being done for the day. The location is on the main road which made it easy to find and the road noise inside was very minimal, didnt bother me one bit. The house was clean and comfortable. The hot tub looking out on the river was the perfect end to every day. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great place to stay!! Easy to check in and check out! Super close walk to the beach great price and great price!!! Perfect place for a peaceful weekend!!! Doesn’t have the bunk beds that are in the photos but it was all good!

We stayed for a long weekend with our adult children and 4 year old grandson. The house was clean and comfortable and my grandson loved the arcade and playing in the upstairs bedroom. The beach is close and it’s only a few minutes to Seabrook, a town that reminded us of the movie” Pleasantville.” Jo was very responsive throughout the whole process and even accommodated us when we had to add a guest at the last minute. I would definitely go back! Thank you to a great host!

I was happy to find a quiet neighborhood, space to park our 22' class c, comfy place for husband, mother-in-law and me. Beautiful yard , walking distance to the ocean, very happy.

We stay at this home a couple times per year for a weekend getaway, it’s never failed us! It’s a quiet neighborhood, especially in the “off-season” and we love that the beach is a 5min (if that) walk from the home. Pacific Beach is a small town so be aware that unless you plan to drive to one of the nearby bigger towns, you might want to bring your own food options. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make meals! This is a pet friendly listing and we have always been more than impressed at the cleanliness.

Everything was as advertised. It was a very good stay! The only thing that I would note is that you only get the downstairs portion of the house (although, no one was staying upstairs while we were there, so that was a plus). It was a short walk to the beach (about 10 minutes) and there was almost NO people on the beach! Loved that! We drove down to Ocean Shores, one afternoon, and that beach was PACKED. It was nice to get back to our quiet beach. Good stay! Worth it!

As always things went excellent. We always stay here whenever we are down that way. It is always the same…..EXCELLENT

Great to be close to the docks since my trip was for fishing. Very responsive when I had a question. Had great kitchen essentials! Was pleased with there being everything I needed! Great!

Nice house with all the beach and clam digging gear equipped. Very kids friendly set up, we have 2 families with two kids, kids love it. Highly recommend for families with kids.

The home was spotless and within walking distance to the beach. The kitchen was well-appointed, very clean... especially the appliances. Renee was very responsive and easy to communicate with. A very peaceful stay for us - the beaches were incredible and the property was quiet and private. Our doggy felt right at home. The kitchen was truly stunning and the mini-split worked very well at cooling and heating.

My wife and I truly had a delightful experience! We brought our e-bikes, but we also enjoyed plenty of walks together. Everything is just a short stroll away—from shopping to feeling the gentle ocean waves, it’s all within a lovely 5-10 minute walk. We wholeheartedly recommend this incredible home as a little slice of paradise. We can’t wait to come back and share this wonderful place with our friends and family.

Our family enjoyed our week stay at Sweet Caroline. Reisha was a wonderful host, very proactive and organized -- things to do, instructions to arrive -- so all we had to do is show up and relax. The house was perfect, clean, lots of space, well stocked (kitchen, games, TV). One of the things we loved about the house was the carriage house, which gave our kids some extra space for themselves. Wraparound porch was a great lazy spot. Hot tub was a hit. Reisha's house was the perfect landing spot for us -- a short walk to everything in Seabrook, but on a peaceful street, with a small common park next door. We came with a dog, and also appreciated how the yard was fenced so he could sit outside in the sun and think about whatever popped into his head. A great stay, thank you -- we highly recommend this house and host. We'll be back!

The place was wonderful! Nice and clean, and very short walk to the ocean! Keep in mind you’ll get a workout on the way back up, but you can also drive onto the beach. Would stay again, no issues, except that it was dark when I was trying to find the place, but it only took an extra minute to figure out where I was.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Bay City cottage. It's a private, clean, and comfortable place. It has a full kitchen, spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. There are outdoor spaces giving you a variety of options to just relax and enjoy the river view. The location is centrally located and provides easy access to day excursions to Westport, Grayland Beaches, Bottle Beach, Johns River Natural Area, and Tokeland. We would recommend the Bay City cottage for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.
