This adorable beach cottage was recently renovated. Only a 5 min walk to the beach or bay! Great side deck for relaxing and grilling out. Central Air! Linens and Towels Included along with the 8 beach badges ($90)! Beach cart and chairs too! Walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, bagel shop, ice cream and Ocean Hut surf store. Great Location! Welcome to Bayberry Dunes - our duplex Oceanfront owned by our family for 25 years. Recently renovated with hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, gas fireplace, plenty of outdoor seating ( front deck for people watching, private gazebo for al fresco dining and a huge rooftop deck with both ocean and bay views). Unbelievable views and breezes. 3 bedrooms plus a loft and two tiled and granite bathrooms. A perfect place for creating memories for your family vacation or a romantic getaway.
