Welcome to Wagtail Air BNB! Our little Wagtail Nest offers a private, relaxing and romantic experience. Enjoy a bubble bath overlooking the countryside, sip a coffee on the deck or sit by the fire pit under the stars. We are located fifteen minutes from the ninety-mile beach (Seaspray) and ten minutes from the township of Sale where there are pubs, restaurants and ample shopping. Self-served continental/ self cooked breakfast is included in your stay. Wedding night packages are also available

You'll love this unique and romantic farm stay set in the tranquil, rolling hills of the Tambo Upper farmlands. The newly refurbished one bedroom water tank conversion is complete with premium furnishings and luxe toiletries and cleaning products. Inside you will find a beautiful fireplace to enjoy a bottle of complimentary local wine and outdoors a new cedar hot tub to take in the views. You have the freedom to explore the property and meet our special animals that call our farm home.

THE BARN

The Barn is a charming 4 bedroom get away situated on 15 acres at the edge of beautiful Lake Tyers. Only a short drive to The Bluff surf beach, Waterwheel Beach Tavern or Lakes Entrance. Great fishing, mountain bike trails and the Buchan Caves nearby. A perfect place to escape and unwind with cows as your nearest neighbours and an abundance of native wild life. The Barn has recently been refurbished and is fully self contained with quality bedding and linen, comfortably sleeping 8 people.

Down to Earth Farm Retreat - Lakeview

Set on a private and peaceful 130 acre property just 10 minutes from the town of Bairnsdale, Lakeview has been built partially underground. The roof is a garden. Lakeview is light and airy and naturally well insulated. The floor to ceiling windows allow guests to view the natural environment and enjoy the night sky. Lakeview provides an opportunity to experience unique, eco-friendly earth-sheltered living and guests may walk on the property to see farm animals and native wildlife.

The Wool House - 2023 New Build

Over looking Picnic Arm and Lake Victoria resides a tranquil retreat inviting you to relax and focus on self care. The Wool House is a luxury studio for two adults on a working sheep farm in East Gippsland, the home of 'Forge Creek Lamb!' The studio boasts a spacious living area, a kitchen for the discerning chef, a large ensuite with floor heat & walk through shower, king bed with wool bedding, covered carport, jetty access & berth for your boat and stunning water and farm views.

Quiet self-contained unit with abundant bird life

Our peaceful property is a quaint self contained unit which is separate from the main house and has bush views. Please note that we have recently changed our house rules and for safety and suitability reasons we no longer accept bookings with children. We also cannot accommodate pets. Please note that WiFi connection is poor inside the unit but ok on covered deck. No charging of EV permitted but there are two stations in town that we can ferry you too if we are available.
