The second living space has futon. This unit is part of a triplex house, laundry is on site and 1 off street parking spot.

Coziness abounds here from the front door to the relaxing private backyard. Catch a nap on the porch. Barbecue in the yard, We have off street parking for up 4 cars. We are before B st. Plus 4 season badges provided.

Shore Haven Walk to beach and bay

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00
