Timothy was a great host. Easy to communicate with. The house is very nice. The beds and pillows are comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed to make family dinners. Our child loved playing with the toys available. Timothy was extremely helpful in arranging pickup for items we forgot at the house after our stay. I would recommend this house and would definitely stay again!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

This stay was just what we needed, peaceful, beautiful weather. Victoria communicated very well, given that it was off season offered late checkout since no one else was checking in. Only issue was that despite putting the correct address into Google Maps, it took us to the wrong spot. Switched to Apple Maps and got there no problem.

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

We visited with our dogs during the off season. We found the home as described in this listing. The house was clean and comfortable and the location was peaceful. We made use of the keurig each morning and enjoyed our coffee on the deck overlooking the lagoon. Easy drive over the bridge to LBI. We actually planned to rent a place on LBI when we found this place and decided to give it a try — we ended up really loving beach haven west and this house and hope to return!

extremely clean in all areas- high quality linens and towels generous with supplies such as soaps and shower needs. kitchen was well stocked and surprised to find coffee and filters- nice to come into such a clean and neat place

This cottage/ house was perfect for our family get away. Tracey was very helpful with all our needs, especially since I booked last minute. Beautifully decorated and clean 3 large bedrooms, living room and kitchen. We all loved rocking on the enclosed front porch after a day at the beach. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Great family vacation was had. Thank you Tracey.

LBI is a great destination and this place made it easy to enjoy the beach and bay. We were thankful for her quick replies and the cleanliness of the space. Love that the beach is walkable distance away as is the bay!

Greg was very responsive of my questions prior to the stay. The place was clean and what I expected. This is a beautiful spot to look out at the ocean I will definitely book this again in the future. Pricing was a little more than usual, however, it was worth every penny.

Henry’s house was perfect for our weekend stay at the Jersey shore. The place was extremely clean and very well stocked. Henry was a helpful host and the minute you walk into the place you can tell he cares about his guests. Great place, great host, 10 minute drive to the beach and reasonably priced.

I came here on the first day of spring with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday and I honestly can’t say enough great things about the place. Wendy is a true Superhost, leaving great snacks and beverages which was a blessing for us because we stayed inside that whole first day. She allowed early check in which we truly appreciated. Popping in to say hi and check on us, she is an absolutely hilarious and kind person. Feeding the swans daily was an absolute dream! I even got to take some great birthday photos with them. The screened in porch and backyard was a wonderful hangout spot, absolutely ideal on a warm day. The place actually felt really clean when we got there, which is something we often don’t experience in Airbnb. The bathroom shower was absolutely amazing!! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. This place is an absolute steal, and I highly recommend you book it if you’re looking at it. I truly hope to come back in the future. Thanks again Wendy!

Location, location location!!! Absolutely perfect. Being so close to the beach and walkable to everything was amazing. There's a sweet outdoor space for a working vacation and excellent parking which is always a joy. Lauren was incredibly responsive and our beach vacay was just perfect.

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

LOVED staying here! So close to the boardwalk with lots of attractions, restaurants and more within walking distance! Super clean, friendly condo in a peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here & well worth the price.

The condo was very clean and updated. It was exactly as described/shown in the pictures with an amazing view. Location is in a nice quiet area and has the supermarket/restaurants right down the road. Roger was very responsive and the check in and out process was very easy with the instructions he provided. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying here again!
