The Simple Life Motel offers the convenience of easy access to all of Ocean City, with numerous restaurants and places of entertainment nearby. Our motel is a long-time favorite for many Ocean City visitors, mostly because of the extremely convenient location just 3 blocks from the famous Boardwalk and beautiful beaches. You’ll be splashing in the ocean within minutes. There's no need to drive to the fun or waste time searching for parking as a guest at the Simple Life, parking is on us.

Downtown location, on the Bayside ~ 1 Queen Bed

The Madison Beach Motel is sure to satisfy your vacation needs. All of our rooms include Mini-Refrigerators, Microwaves, and 32” flat-screen TVs. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping service, & coffee. Last but not least, you can enjoy our outdoor Pool or relax on our spacious sun deck. It is very important to note that to ensure a smooth check-in, the guest named on the reservation must be present with a valid photo ID. Otherwise, access to the room will be denied.

02. Charming one-bedroom resort with pool

Ocean City`s oldest hotel/motel newly renovated and turned into a fun boutique style resort named Quiet Sun. We're less than a mile to the beach and close proximity to most of Ocean City's top restaurants and main attractions. Including but not limited to; the boardwalk, go carts, boating, Assateague Island, Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Ocean City`s favorite night life spot Seacrets. Quiet Sun is locally owned and operated with Shaka Pool Bar and Grill on premise.

Pet Friendly Deluxe One Bedroom Condo! 2

Monte Carlo Condos are located in downtown Ocean City and only a block away to the Boardwalk and the beach! We have (7) deluxe Condos that can sleep up to 8 people. All Condos include a full kitchen! We have a large pool in the middle of the property. The price on Airbnb is only for one 8-people Condo per night. Please send me an introductory message before you book it! You can book as many Condos as you need and we will send you the correct quote.
