Hans was very communicative and although we did not meet him, he introduced us to his care taker via phone. Mrs. Lorna made sure that we were received at the ferry terminal at Puerto Galera by her husband who was holding a sign with my name. Once we got to the apartment, Mrs. Lorna made sure we had everything we needed, explaining all of the amenities and offering to introduce us to the tour guide (who is fantastic!) and to a housekeeper. We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The AC worked, we had drinking water provided us to by Mrs. Lorna, and the apartment is about a 20 minute Trike ride from White Beach. The tours provided by the tour guide were fantastic. All of the kitchen amenities worked. Things to keep in mind - the apartment upstairs may be used by other people and there is a 5 - 7 minute hill to walk up to the house if not using a trike.

We stayed at Lush Green from 23rd - 27th Dec. We were 4 adults with 3 senior guests. The place is perfect for families. The private resort had 2 separate rooms, each with its own bathrooms. The place comes precisely as described. The owner Peejay made all the difference during our stay. She was very proactive and checked in regularly even before our arrival as she knew we were coming from Batangas. She offered to help facilitate our transport via the RORO ferries in Batangas and Calapan. She also accommodated for our special request to organise for a helper during our stay. Our helper Jasmine has been excellent, from the moment we checked in up until our last day. She helped made sure the seniors were comfortable and assisted us with errands around the resort. Jasmine's friendly and jolly demeanour made our stay very pleasant. Peejay also arranged for a massage therapist to come to the resort which was a big plus. Thank you Peejay for the warm hospitality. The place was really awesome. The property was really big, including the rooms and the house itself. Exactly what it was in the description. Kuya Ricky was really accomodating helped us with our request and everything. Hoping to be back there soon!

Ella is responsive while ate Tess (care taker) is way very helpful beyond their duty. There was a temporary power outage but good thing they have back up power generator.

We were a party of 7 (3 adults and 4 tees) and we absolutely loved our stay at Arleen´s place. Boquete Beach is a gorgeous spot, so peaceful and private. We took a water taxi from Batangas and it dropped us off right at the house -talk about door-to-door service! Arleen answered all our questions promptly, was super helpful and graciously accommodated our request to stay at her place with our service dog (who loved it there I think even more than we did!) Manang Helen shopped and prepared lovely local dishes for us, and was always very attentive. She madre great recommendations, helped us book tuk tuks, took us to a wonderful restaurant and was always willing to answer our many questions and tell us all about Puerto Galera. We visited Sabang a couple of times and met some friends who were staying at Fisherman´s Cove -only a short 15-20 minute walk from Boquete Beach (but everyone was jealous that we had a house all to ourselves, right on the the beach!) 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up!

Can't say enough nice things - huge house overlooking the ocean with an on site caretaker who helped us as needed. Who would want to stay at a dive resort when you can have an entire house with two levels of views, kitchen and AC! Will visit again!

The place was wonderful. It was so serene since we had the whole thing to ourselves. Although the house needed a few renovations, it was super cozy and the wind came through and through from morning til afternoon. It was also chilly at night and surprisingly there were no mosquitoes. The beds and linens were neat and tidy, and the comfort rooms were clean as well. Vei and Ate Elen were very accommodating. We had alot of questions and they both were very responsive. Since the place was remote and there were no nearby restaurants, Ate Elen cooked all our food, and everything was divine! We just sent a menu request in advance and she took care of all the rest. She always made sure we were comfortable. She and her husband even booked the boat ride from Balatero for us and helped us set up a bonfire during our last night. We loved how we were welcomed with fresh buko juice. Just the ideal drink to quench our thirst on a hot summer day. We will definitely come back!

Enjoyed our stay even after the typhoon, the place was relaxing and a perfect getaway to relieve some stress

We had a great stay at Pico De Loro, an exciting and a new experience for us, even the place was too far, mountanious, zigzag road the excitement cannot be compare with other resorts. Our host are also great didnt expect they are too young!!! The place is so clean and with complete utensils. Thank you so much. Hope to be back again and I hope that we can avail discount not senior discount though hehehe.

Nice and peaceful place, may tv and karaoke (youtube) may card games and pool. Near din sa beach. super accommodating pa ng host and helper. May restaurant din nearby if ayaw nyo magluto. 5/5 super happy with the stay

Regina was very communicative all throughout the process. The house is very well kept and the views are awesome. The only negative that are the amount stairs and steps of the whole property. Not exactly physically disabled friendly. The views are very picturesque. It was great that the house is pet friendly. Regina’s caretaker, Inday, is such a great resource and a gem. Hopefully we can go back soon.

The property and the place were absolutely incredible. Tingloy island was an amazing experience, we loved every second of our stay. The property itself is amazing. Squeeky clean in all places, the kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfortable and the living room was great to relax. The beach Masasa beach is 10 mins walk from the property, not that far and it was worth it because the beach was amazing. The owner was very helpful. She was responsive and made sure we had everything we need. We really appreciated her waiting with us to help us get a tricycle. There were some minor power outages and she was really quick to turn on the generator. The water activities are also well worth it. We went island hopping, visited some lagoons and caves, and went to go snorkeling. We even saw turtles! Overall it was a very nice stay and I highly recommend this place if you're looking to stay at Tingloy Island.

We’ve had a wonderful stay. The place is pristine and relaxing. The beach is just right next to the place. We can relax in the balcony watching the sea waves or just chill watching movies inside. The bathroom is well equipped with Japanese style bidet and very clean. The kitchen is also nice with complete cooking utensils. Our caretaker is very accommodating and host is very responsive. Thank you very much for accommodating us.

If you want a tropical place to stay then Amami Villa is a good place for you. Quiet place and you can relax with your family. A bit far from white beach but you can rent a tricycle for your own convenience. The room is clean, the blanket is new and comfy to use. Really enjoy the place though 1 night only. Will come back again.: caretaker is so kind and friendly.

Awesome place! Even with the rainy weather, our stay was pleasant. This is only the 3rd airbnb we stayed in where there were house staff who cooked meals for the guests. We didn't have to go to restaurants all the time, and we were able to enjoy a real vacation. The house staff ate Cynthia and her family were very helpful and always happy to treat us like family guests. I am happy to know that the homeowner has been checking in on us, if we were comfy during the stay. We enjoyed the house Christmas decors as well, took nice family photos in the house. Norman who assisted in the booking was also very helpful with our questions. Looking forward to staying here again with a bigger group and hopefully when weather is sunny.

Liam and Arlene and their staff are top notch. Excellent resort to stay at and close enough to town. Excellent walking beach, safe, and only a 200 peso water taxi ride to Pandan Island for snorkeling, sea turtles, and cold drinks. All arranged by Your friendly accomodating hosts. MoiMoi is a playful little monkey boy that is a permanent fixture on Liams shoulder that is always looking to get into mischief. And he does indeed. Book your stay with them.
