This rustic lakeside home boasts 3 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, and an upstairs bonus room.
An ideal base to explore Martin, just 3.5 miles from city limits of Martin. To relax, try the surround jets in the master shower or soak in the jetted whirlpool tub.
We only own the house and part of backyard. We do not own the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed on the lake at this time.
