Cosy Appartement in Eltville with garden

The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

Die Wohnung ist im Stadtzentrum Bad Homburg und befindet sich im 2. Geschoss eines Fachwerkhauses. Sie besticht mit sehr zentraler Lage, angenehmem Raumklima, historischem Charme und moderner Ausstattung. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 20 Minuten im Zentrum von Frankfurt. Die Einkaufsstraße fängt nahezu direkt hinter dem Haus an. Und das Homburger Schloss ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Fußweg zum legendären Casino Royale, zum Kurpark und zur Taunustherme dauert auch nicht länger als 20 Minuten.

Welcome to our designer flat in Offenbach by the Main! Enjoy luxury and comfort on 2100 square feet. A spacious bathroom with whirlpool, a kitchen, a conference table and even a pool table await you. Our central location offers a quick connection to the European Central Bank (EZB) as well as short trips to the centre of Frankfurt am Main (approx. 15min) or to the Frankfurt Messe (approx. 28min). We also have car parking facilities including charging points for electric cars in the courtyard.

Sie liegt nicht einsehbar unter alten Laubbäumen im abgetrennten Teil unseres großen Parks im Kurörtchen Bad Salzhausen. Mit zwei großen Heizkörpern ist sie auch winterfest. Die Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs im Wohnhaus vereinbaren wir gern gesondert.

The Mainz-Kastel train station is just a 3-minute walk away, providing quick connections to Frankfurt, Mainz, and Wiesbaden. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and only a 5-minute walk from the green spaces of the Rhine promenade and about 15 minutes from the center of Mainz on foot.

Das Gästehaus liegt im historischen Ortskern der Stadt Rosbach - ländlich aber zentral, am Rande der Wetterau, vor den Toren des Taunus und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Frankfurt. Mit liebevollen Details fühlst Du Dich hier willkommen: Idylischer Innenhof mit Außensauna; ausgebaute Scheune mit Jogaraum. 2017-2020 (Coronabeginn) war ich "Superhost" ausgezeichnet von Airbnb.

Cozy family friendly house

The place is situated in a suburban-to-rural setting, not much traffic. Nearby there is a small amusement park »Lochmühle«, the Hessenpark (an open air museum) and the Opel Zoo They're all about half an hour away (by car). The house is fit for two adults and two children (up to around 14 and around 18, respectively). Four adults just don't fit, sorry. But then: we have free Wi-Fi and a coffee- and a tea-flatrate ;)
