Lovely house with everything we needed. Exactly as described, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well situated.

The surroundings were lovely. Lovely outlook in the kitchen. We had a great stay and would go back. If you are elderly this place probably isn't for you but for a girls weekend away it was fantastic!

Jane was lovely, friendly, and very helpful. Her home was perfect for my husband, daughter and mini Cavoodle plus myself. Great quality products. Definitely suited our needs. Close to Orange but also very private.

Rob’s place was fantastic! It had everything we needed and more. Location was excellent. Nice and quiet street but 30 min walk to centre of town. Rob was an excellent communicator and very proactive with all the details required for checkin.

Great stay close to everything you need in the Penrith area

Accommodation was very easy to find, lovely and clean and hosts quick to reply. A nice quiet street with lots of birdlife. Well equipped kitchen and good heating. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cate’s prachtige huis voelt helemaal vertrouwd en knus. Je hebt het gevoel dat je midden in de jungle zit. Prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk comfortabel. Cate reageert razendsnel en denkt met je mee. Heel prettig allemaal. Het heeft ons verblijf in de prachtige Blue Mountains veraangenaamd. Ik zou het zeker weer doen als ik in de buurt ben.

Attended a family wedding in Orange and the property was exactly what we were looking for.

The place was so nice, we felt at home and the whole place satisfy us. We need the place for next year around the same time after Easter.

I’ve stayed in over 50 rentals through Airbnb and VRBO in the last four years, and this is truly one of the best. There’s always something small missing in other places—a detail that could’ve made the stay better—but here, it was hard to find anything to complain about. Everything was thoughtfully done and perfectly maintained. You honestly can’t go wrong. It’s absolutely worth the short drive if you’re considering staying closer to the Three Sisters or in town—This is the place to be.

We had a fantastic stay at Kurtis' property. The rooms were beautifully presented, and the multiple kitchens and living areas made our large group feel right at home. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the spa bath and by the indoor fireplace. Kurtis was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, and the location was perfect for bushwalking and sightseeing around the Blue Mountains.

My family and I had a very relaxing time at Windsor, and a lot of that was due to Graeme's house. There was ample room for the five of us, six if you include our dog, and the pool was well utilised due to the unexpected high temps. The main parts of Windsor were under 10 minutes walk away, which we used to our advantage every day. The house itself was clean, well stocked in the kitchen for not only appliances but also such lovely surprises as a box of herbs and spices, and plenty of oils to cook with. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was excellent (great pressure!). The view over the river was spectacular, particularly at sunset. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a peaceful trip away in the Windsor area.

5-star experience in Bathurst! We recently stayed in this amazing accommodation with a group of friends and family, and it was absolutely wonderful! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The space was perfect for our group, with plenty of room to relax, laugh, and create unforgettable memories. We loved exploring Bathurst and enjoying all the local attractions. Everyone in our group was raving about the stay, and we can't recommend this place enough! If you're looking for a comfortable, spacious, and welcoming spot for your next group adventure, look no further. We'll definitely be back!

Shaun’s property is cosy and we love every bit of it! The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary stuff such as coffee, tea, milk and sugar. We enjoyed spending time in the living room with the smart TV system and the sound system as well. Highly recommend this place as one can walk to the town centre. It was the perfect stay for what ended up being a rainy trip! The home was cosy and had plenty of thoughtful additions that made us feel like we could relax and enjoy the home given that we were limited from going on any outdoor hikes etc. A good collection of music and games to play indoors. (The shower and bath were also divine!) Given the rain particularly, it was a challenging driveway to come in and out of with our 2WD but we got there in the end! Overall, we would visit again!

We had a beautiful stay over the Easter long weekend. Lovely house with everything you could need. It is a little bit of a drive into blackheath (which is absolutely fine), Andrew was good to recommend bringing a few groceries with us before we checked in to avoid an extra drive. We mostly wanted to spend time relaxing at the property so it suited us well.

This place is so well equipped you can have the most relaxing “at home” feel stay. The garden and surrounding area was peaceful and beautiful. A short walk to the local village or quick drive to neighbouring villages and famous Blue Mountain walks. The place is so cute and had more than we expected. From condiments/coffee/Tea offerings, to a very thoughtful complimentary chocolate treat and local brewed beverages, What a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Not to mention the supply of classic board games and BBQ. It was a lovely stay and we will be back again. Highly recommend.

Tully’s Hut is in a beautiful & peaceful location but not far from everything that you need in the Blue Mountains. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway & you want to stay in a traditional mountain cottage this is the place for you! Yes, it’s got the mod cons…WiFi & a/c & smart TV, but it’s not lost any of the charm that you want from a cottage and we would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again. Oh and the beds & heated blankets were wonderful. A previous reviewer mentioned the rules & regulations but these are normal when you’re staying in someone’s own property and quite standard. They didn’t take anything away from a wonderful stay. Thank you.
