Craobh Mòr (Kroove More) Wee Bothy in Balquhidder

Stay amongst the Scottish hills and lochs in The Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Our private, no pets, one bedroom bothy is a cosy haven settled in Balquhidder Glen. Enjoy the wildlife as Deer, Red Squirrel, Pheasants and wild Rabbits will be your neighbours. Climb the many mountains in the area, some within walking distance of our front door or explore the local walks. Visit the grave of Rob Roy MacGregor or curl up infront of our woodburning stove with some hot cocoa and a good book.

The Coach House Fort William

The Coach House, Fort William, is a stylish, detached, one bedroom, architect designed cottage. Located within the grounds of my home, off a quiet road, just a couple of minutes walk from the town centre, it’s the perfect retreat for visiting the Highlands. Ideal for the West Highland Way, Ben Nevis, the Jacobite Train (Harry Potter Train) and all the shops, restaurants and pubs. Only a wee drive to Glen Coe or the west coast beaches. The Coach House has good WiFi and many great facilities.

On a clear evening the stars fill the sky. The walks directly around the lodge are full of history and stunning views including a waterfall.

This self contained modern Annex is situated in the picturesque village of Arrochar, on the banks of Loch Long, with stunning views of the "Cobbler" amidst the Arrochar Alps. It is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists, swimmers, kayakers & those wishing to experience the Scottish Highlands, within easy reach of Glasgow & Stirling. The mature gardens have extensive bird life, with red squirrels and deer visitors. The village has good train and bus connections and a few lovely old local pubs.

The newly built studio offers beautiful self contained accomodation. It is situated at the top of our large, garden and is seperate to our house. The bifold doors offer easy access to the patio and the picturesque scenery. There is free off street parking and our Hot tub is available by arrangement at an additional maintenance charge.

It is ideally located for visiting the historic slate quarry, golf course, grocery store and bar/restaurant which are just a short walk away. It is one mile from Glencoe Village with Fort William nearby.
