Situated in a spectacular elevated location overlooking Loch Linnhe with a mountain backdrop, the local area offers pebble beaches at Cuil Bay, access to the Fort William-Oban cycle track, stunning hikes, climbing and a range of outdoor activities. Ben Nevis is just a 20 mile drive from the house via Fort William. Oban Ferry terminal, a 30 mile drive south, offers year round access to the Hebrides.

Milton Cottage in Glen Lyon

At Milton Cottage we aim to offer guests a cosy retreat to our croft where they can come and unwind in Glenlyon, Scotland’s longest and most beautiful glen. For hill walking, Ben Lawers and 12 munros are within a 6 mile radius. If you like fishing, salmon and trout fishing can be arranged. On request, we offer a three-course dinner. It's all homemade and we regularly cook vegetarian dishes, using our own or local produce where possible. The cottage has reliable WIFI broadband.

The property is roughly a 15 minute walk from Milngavie train station/ transportation can be provided if required. The Lodge House

My place is close to restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the comfy bed, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The lodge sits completely on its own with plenty of parking right outside the door. Guests must advise us what type of pet they are bringing. Only one pet is allowed unless otherwise arranged in advance at time of booking

The property is set in the picturesque Village of Lochgoilhead within the Loch Lomond National Park and Argyll Forest on the shores of Loch Goil, there are many hill walks, fishing , sailing, cycling, access to Drimsynie Holiday Park offering many activities including spa, swimming and a 9 hole golf course. The Village offers seasonal access to the Bowling Green and tennis court. All above activities are pay locally.

West Kilbride Country Cottage

Cottage is just of the main A78 between Seamill and Largs. Seamill Hydro Hotel,Waterside Hotel,Arran Ferry, Largs Marina, Millport Ferry and Kelburn Country Park are all close by as is West Kilbride Golf course.Burns Country and Culzean Castle approx an hour away.Glasgow city centre 40mins on the train. Bus stop is across the road and Train station is approx a mile away.
