Modern Studio*Private Access*Excellent Location

New and modern studio with private access in an excellent location less than a mile from ASU and just 8min from airport. Walking distance to the fantastic restaurants and shopping spots on Mill Avenue. Whole foods is even less than a mile away. Our home has been completely renovated and designed to maximize comfort. Modern Home Nestling South Mountain

This is a wonderful place for guests wanting to balance great location, nature, and modern comfort. There are 3 beds: 1 king, 2 queen, 2 baths. There are also 2 spare floor mattresses for potentially 8 guests Gated, playground, and access to back hiking trails. Centrally located in the valley; few minutes away from the I-10/I-17 and the 60. Close to Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Chandler. 10 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix, and only three miles from ASU and stadiums.

Shaded Pool! 3 Bedroom Getaway Near Downtown Tempe

This unique stay is great for those who want to relax or work while exploring central Tempe. The main feature is a pool (heated) with an outdoor shower. The house has 3 rooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin daybed with a twin trundle that lays flat on the ground). There are two desks for those who want to work remotely . We are located 10 minutes drive from ASU and Mill Avenue (downtown Tempe). South Mountain < 10 minutes away, Sky Harbor Airport <15 minutes. No more than 6 guests at the house.

No Cleaning Fee - Guest Suite w/ Private Entrance

Spacious and updated private guest suite in a super central location. Only a short drive to just about everything in the Valley. We are 15 minutes away from the PHX Airport and ASU/Downtown Tempe, 20 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, and 25 minutes to Downtown Phoenix. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood with a free guest parking area just one home over. We have a private gate to the shopping center hosting Trader Joe's and other food/coffee options. Desert Trail Hideaway

Private master sectioned off from the house with private entrance from street, small yard, and two private entrances to the house. All surfaces sanitized between guests! Famous South Mountain only 100 feet away (excellent spot for mountain bikers), or a public park across the street with tennis, volleyball, basketball -- can't get any closer to nature while still being in the city! We can send digital key for autonomous self check-in, never have to see hosts for maximum sanitization!

Guest house built in 2022 with everything you need

Keep it simple at this peaceful downtown Tempe guest house. Enjoy 10% off for stays of a week or more. It's walking distance to Mill Avenue shops and restaurants, and ASU. Park off street and access through your own entrance. The kitchen has a two hob induction stovetop and a microwave convection oven combo if you want to eat in. A private patio with a gas grill is also available for your use. There is a dishwasher and washer dryer for all the comforts of home.

The Tranquil Desert

The Tranquil Desert is located in South Tempe, near the ASU Research Park. The space is a separate, quiet guest suite, with a private entrance. Featuring a gated driveway for parking and a complete self-contained unit, the Tranquil Desert is perfect for business or pleasure. Please be advised that we DO NOT permit parties of any type on the property. The use of the unit, pool and patio is restricted to guests only.

Copper House - sun getaway with pool & hot tub

Private home remodeled in 2022. Crystal clear pool, hot tub and quiet private backyard . Centrally located in Phoenix Metro, 15 minutes from the airport, ASU Tempe and Chandler. Old Downtown Scottsdale is 20-25 minutes drive. Walking distance to miles of hiking and biking. Quick access to shop, golf, restaurants, casinos and so on. NOTE:pool is not heated but the hot tub is on in cooler season October to May
