Our private cabin nestled in the countryside provides a quiet escape from city living. Resting in a private peaceful clearing, the cabin offers sweeping views of a private pond and lush forest. Despite the rustic scenery the cabin has been recently remodeled and comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities to make you feel right at home. The property is 15 minutes to the University of Oregon, and Wine Country. And a short 25 minute drive SW of the cabin are the Why-pass Mt Bike Trails.

Private, and tucked away from the crowds, quiet, comfortable cabin in the woods, our Koosah Cabin is the perfect base camp for 2 to 3 people as you explore all the McKenzie River has to offer. Our property is nestled in the woods, just far enough off the highway that all you can hear is the sound of gentle rushing water. Koosah is almost identical to Tamolitch Cabin. We welcome people from all backgrounds and hope to share with you our love of the outdoors and our beautiful place in the woods!

This region of the Oregon Cascades is commonly referred to as "Oregon's Emerald-Jewel Gateway" to Crater Lake National Park. We are centrally located to the North Umpqua Trail, with easy drives to many trailheads, waterfalls & the Umpqua Hot Springs. Our beautiful camper cabins are "dry". Mountain Mama Lodge on the North Umpqua River

Nestled in the trees near the North Umpqua River, Mountain Mama Lodge is the perfect place to stay while exploring the Umpqua! We're about a 40min drive to the North entrance of Crater Lake Nat. Park, Lemolo & Diamond Lakes, and roughly 12 miles from Umpqua Hot Springs, Toketee Falls & Watson Falls. Local guides offer rafting trips down the North Umpqua River, and a favorite local swimming hole provides opportunities to cool off in the summer. The North Umpqua River is a fly fisher's paradise!

The McKenzie River Trail parallels the property, and is accessed from the private road to the cabin. The property has a campground setting, with river and forest views.

Plenty of parking and just minutes away from Willamette Pass and all the lakes right in our backyard.

Grampie's Cabin

The family created Grampie’s Cabin on 2 acres in Central Oregon, just a few miles from Crescent Lake and a short distance from Willamette Pass Ski Resort. Miles of trails to walk or atv. Our hope is your family/friends will make wonderful memories. We do allow dogs but you must declare them and pay a $25. cleaning fee for the pets. Maximum 2 dogs please and they are NOT allowed on any furniture. Please respect this so we can continue to allow your fur babies.
