Rustic comfy and cozy cottage with approximately 900 sq. ft. in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen, laundry room, bathroom w/tub/shower, living/dining room with natural gas heater and window air conditioner (in season). Private bedroom w/queen bed. Enclosed porch bedroom w/ twin bed. A twin size folding roll-away may be available by advanced request. You have the ENTIRE HOUSE to yourself but I’m just a block away!! In addition, the property is PET FRIENDLY for an ADDITIONAL CHARGE!

White Room #3 has the rustic feel of being on the prairie of western Kansas, but it also has the cozy feel of a Tiny Home. This room sleeps up to five people with a king sized bed, a day bed, two pull out mattresses, a sofa, and a loveseat. It has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, an LED TV with Netflix, and a full bathroom. The height of the bedroom side is 5’4, but obviously that is the side where people will lay down, and the height of the kitchen and bathroom side is 7’0.
