Great stay! Very cozy little place with everything you need. It was a little difficult to find the entrance. There were also some loud neighbors downstairs that were a little disruptive. Other than that, it was a clean and charming place! Chick is also a great host- very responsive and helpful. We were also allowed to store our luggage on the property for the day after morning checkout, which was super helpful with our plans. Great place!

Great place, totally accessible to downtown Edgartown. I even got a float trip scheduled to go fly fishing since it’s above Kismet the fly fishing shop.

The accommodations were ideal for my stay and I felt at home as soon as I entered the room. I loved the outdoor shower & used it every day. It was very easy to prepare my own meals in the efficient, clean kitchen. Donna is an excellent host & quickly answered any questions I had & even provided me with restaurant recommendations. Location is only under 2 miles from Oak Bluffs center. Excellent Airbnb.

Irie by the Lake was fantastic. The home is not only beautiful and perfectly designed and decorated, but it was the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Carol was super responsive and helpful. We are already planning to return.

What an amazing Location! The house was very private and Quiet! I enjoyed the cool Breeze and Outside courtyard! Great place to getaway from my busy schedule for a a few days! Earlene was thoughtful and very Kind! Very nice hideaway!

We had an amazing time at Beth’s place. In the perfect location and matched the description. Very easy access to bike trails and bus stops. The perfect central location to access all areas of the island. Could not recommend more!

Gregg and PD are amazing hosts, and their place is perfect in multiple ways. It is clean, beautiful, and the deck offers a great place to relax. We had everything needed to cook dinner. The location is both private and convenient. It’s walkable to Vineyard Haven and there’s a Black Dog Bakery right as you hit the main road. Regarding the noise from above someone else mentioned in their review, all we heard over our 3-night stay were dog steps — no human conversations, steps, TV, or music from upstairs. Gregg and PD are very friendly and gave us helpful tips and recommendations around the island. We would love to stay here again!

Cute and cozy apartment! It was very clean and had a full stocked kitchen with everything needed for cooking! The hosts were responsive and great walkable location to town!

We spent a long weekend as a small family of four with a toddler. The place is absolutely pristine with such beautiful charm. It’s a basement unit that looks newly renovated. It looks better than the photos to be honest. The decor was beautiful and quirky and just made for a nice family getaway to close out the summer. Samantha was just phenomenal as a host. She was extremely kind, offering whatever we needed. The house is situated in a quaint woodsy area (not walkable so a car is needed) which was nice to come back to after a full day out. Our days were busy so we had no time to enjoy the patio. Our toddler enjoyed seeing the animals. Although the listing forewarns about a rooster I could barely hear it in the morning so it’s not disturbing at all. The outdoor shower was quite a treat as it was my first time and it was just beautiful to see the scenes of nature as I washed off from the beach. Highly recommend and will likely be back! Thanks for such a lovely stay! 😊

Lovely stay here in this pristine part of the Vineyard. Expect shabby chic. Would definitely stay again. The location cannot be beat and the hosts were very kind and accommodating!

Great location. Short walk to ferry, buses and shops. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. Really appreciated that the space and linens were fragrance free which can be problematic for people with migraines.

We stayed off season, but still plenty to do and see. We loved it!

I loved my stay at Jenny's and Ania's place! The room was clean, cozy, warm (with a fireplace that works), and had everything that we needed (including a haridryer, hangers, and full kitchenware). The property is also steps away from the beach and we managed to catch the sunrise and sunset—it was a beautiful and humbling view and experience! Sue and Christine were especially helpful during the day of our checkout; thank you for the warm hospitality! It was a safe, comfortable, and peaceful stay. I will definitely wish to return when I visit Falmouth in the future! :))

Loved staying here for long weekend with my dog. Accomodations were clean, quiet, comfortable. Tina was very helpful and friendly. Location was peaceful yet close to many restaurants, walking trails, the beach. We would love to stay again!
