Tolles Appartment in zentraler Lage mit Traumausblick auf´s Meer und privatem Parkplatz. Theodoros (und Familie) waren tolle Gastgeber, die fließend englisch sprechen. Die vollklimatisierte Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe und nützlichen, durchdachten Details eingerichtet. Die Küche war komplett und hochwertig ausgestattet und ließ an nichts fehlen. Die Terrasse ist 360° um die Wohnung angelegt und bietet viele lauschige Plätze und schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Mytikas ist ein schöner, authentischer Ort mit freundlichen Menschen und scheint ein Geheimtipp unter Einheimischen zu sein. Schon die Küstenstraße mit Blick auf die See ist ein Ereignis. Rund um Mytikas findet man viele unterschiedliche und schöne Strände (ohne viel Halligalli). Auch unsere Kinder fanden es toll und wir alle 4 werden Mytikas vermissen.

Gorgeous views of the sea. Extremely private. We loved the outdoor space, especially the veranda, the sun chairs & umbrellas. You need a car but It is an easy 5 min drive to the closest beach with plenty of free parking even in high season. The house is a good size for 2 families (4 teen/preteen kids) but the 2 apts are not equal. The downstairs apt is small and 1 of the 2 bedrooms is very small w no a/c. The 2 families primarily used the upstairs apt and the older kids slept in the downstairs apt, using that living room as a bedroom. We didn’t use the 2nd small pool at all. A couple flags - In high season, on the weekend, it took well over an hour to go from lefkada port to the villa. While google maps predicted about 4.5 hour drive from Athens airport, it took us more like 7 hours (8 with stops). To access the villa, you must drive along a gravel path, which is poorly maintained with a few deep holes. Drive very slowly to avoid damaging your car. That said, it’s well worth it!

Mon conjoint et moi avons passé un magnifique moment. L'endroit est magnifique, la plage à proximité est très belle. L'emplacement du logement nous a permis de visiter les autres endroits à proximité qui sont aussi très beaux De plus, l'hôte est très gentil et accueillant. L'appartement est très propre et donne sur une très belle vue sur la mer. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et nous y retournerons sans doute.

un host come anastasia è raro . Fantastico è dir poco. Sempre reattivo , gentile , e ogni piccolo problema risolto in due minuti . Consigli su dove mangiare e come muoversi . Un host così ti rende la vacanza fantastica . Fossero tutti così , complimenti

Aspasia’s place was everything we wanted and more! It was right across from the beach and also 5 minutes walk to a secret AMAZING beach with no crowds. Both have crystal clear turquoise water! There were many Tavern’s right next door and we were only a few minutes by car from Lefkada Town (for even more options). Room was perfect, spacious bathroom, kitchenette as well! AC worked well and the black out curtains were a huge plus. What made everything even better was Aspasia’s amazing hospitality. She is an absolute sweetheart who really cares about you having a good time. She made sure we were doing well and that we had everything we could possibly need. She made so many great recommendations to us and each one was fantastic! Listen to her recommendations and you will be happy you did! Without her wealth of knowledge we would have missed out on so many incredible experiences! I can’t wait to return with more friends next time!

Alles wie beschrieben, sauber und ordentlich. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderschön!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Elenas Haus verbracht! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sieht noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch! Man blickt auf das tiefblaue Meer und hört die Wellen rauschen! Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, vor allem für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Der Strand ist etwas versteckt und somit ist es dort sehr ruhig und privat. Im Ort selbst sind zwei kleine Supermärkte und einige Tavernen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rund um MItikas gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, zu denen Elena uns auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat. Elena war eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir konnten mit jedem Anliegen zu ihr kommen. Unser Aufenthalt war in Elenas Haus war fantastisch! Wir kommen SEHR gerne wieder!

Joanna's Seaside House is beautiful and we loved it the moment we walked in. It has all you need to relax in beautiful Meganisi. You can sit outside all day if you wish and watch the world go by in the harbour and walk to all the restaurants and supermarkets and shops with ease. The property is a stones throw from everything you need and all flat so great for the not so fit. It suits all ages from the elderly to the young (my son would love to live there all year round!). Everything was easy to find and Ellie, who was on call with any issues was so lovely. Definitely going back !

Sehr schöne Pool Anlage, ca. 3km von Agios Nikitas. Sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Villa mit allen Ausstattungen, die es braucht. Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfreich!

Amalia and Vasili made our stay incredibly easy, and they were always contactable and very helpful. Any time we needed anything at all. The location is magnificent and we had a wonderful time

Katerina and her husband were exceptionally welcoming, genuine and kind hosts. We had somehow managed to book for only two days (before a reservation elsewhere) even though she doesn’t usually accept reservations of such a short length. It must have been massively inconvenient for her in fact to host us (she met us and then immediately left to go back to work on the mainland) but we only pieced this together later; she was outstandingly welcoming, driving down to the port to pick us up, and her husband Yiannis helping us to carry our heaviest bags. The house is beautiful, luxurious and as described. Very generous welcome presents of jam, honey, biscuits etc. Lovely sea, great sea kayaks. Port town is full of colour and restaurants. For us it was an easy walk but our 7 and 9 year olds struggled a tiny bit and would be difficult with younger children. When our son was stung by a sea urchin Yiannis personally removed the spikes and gave advice — this was Greek hospitality at its best!

η διαμονη μας σε αυτο το υπεροχο σπιτι μεσα στη φυση ηταν εξαιρετικη!!!!ειναι πραγματικα η καλυτερη επιλογη για διακοπες στη πρεβεζα.το σπιτι ειναι σχεδον μεσα στη θαλασσα και γυρω του εχει μπανανιες και αβοκαντο μεσα στον τεραστιο κηπο που το περιβαλει.ενα σπιτι γεματο φως,ολα πεντακαθαρα και τακτοποιημενα μεχρι την τελευταια λεπτομερεια.αυτο ομως που πραγματικα εκανε την διαμονη μας ξεχωριστη ειναι η φιλοξενια του κ.Κωστα και της κ.Εφης.ενα ζευγαρι που θα κανει τα παντα για τους επισκεπτες του.ημασταν για διακοπες πασχα και η υποδοχη ηταν με ψησιμο και σουβλα και μια τεραστια παρεα απο φιλους τους οπου καταληξαμε να γινουμε ολοι μια παρεα.τις μερες που μειναμε το πρωι μας εφεραν αυγα φρεσκα απο τον κηπο αλλα και υπεροχες τηγανιτες(ολα φρεσκα)!!!ευχαριστουμε πολυυυυ!!!!!χαρηκαμε για την γνωριμια!!!!!να εχετε ενα υπεροχο καλοκαιρι!!!!θα τα ξαναπουμε!!!!

Christina è un host disponibile e cordiale, scrivendole su Airbnb ha sempre risposto quasi immediatamente ai nostri dubbi. La casa si presenta come in foto e descrizione, facile da raggiungere e si trova in un’ottima posizione (ci sono vicine farmacie, lidl, benzinai e taverne dove mangiare bene). A 5minuti di auto dal centro di lefkada. Ottima esperienza, Christina ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie fino a tarda serata dopo il checkout.

This place is awesome . New apartments , wonderful location close to the main town but enough far from the mess and noise of Lefkada, next to a beautiful lagoon. You also have a bakery and a mini marked very near. Christina and her husband are very kind and caring . They shared a delicious cake and gave some good tips . Highly recommended !!!

Περάσαμε καταπληκτικές διακοπές κατά την παραμονή μας στο κατάλυμα. Το ενοικιαζόμενο στούντιο είναι από τα καλύτερα που έχουμε επισκεφθεί, πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και προσεγμένο σε όλες τις λεπτομέρειες για μία άριστη διαμονή. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά σε μία τέλεια θάλασσα γεγονός που επιτρέπει να κάνουμε μία βουτιά και να επιστρέφουμε στο όμορφο μπαλκονάκι. Επίσης χαρήκαμε ιδιαιτέρως που γνωρίσαμε τον κ. Παναγιώτη. Είναι σίγουρο ότι στην επόμενη παραμονή μας στη Λευκάδα θα ξαναμείνουμε στο ίδιο μέρος.

This apartment is a great place to stay in Preveza. It’s clean, modern and very tastefully decorated. The apartment is spacious and there is a large private outdoor area. The location is very convenient, close to the waterfront and a short walk to the centre of town. Communication was excellent.

We loved our stay at Eri’s ! From the moment we made contact with her to our arrival we felt welcomed and that we could communicate easily with Eri. Having a friendly helpful host has been wonderful and made our stay really easy and relaxing ! Thanks Eri and Kiki ! The view from Our balcony is so serene - great tavernas and shops so close too The sun beds umbrellas and Kayak added you our holiday. It’s such a beautiful friendly place we would love to return !

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία !! Το δωμάτιο ήταν ακριβώς όπως στη περιγραφή και τις φωτογραφίες, όμορφο , καθαρό και σούπερ εξοπλισμένο. Η πρόσβαση σε αυτό ήταν πολύ εύκολη και η τοποθεσία του είναι σε κομβικό σημείο, έχοντας κοντά όλα όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος (σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνο, φαρμακείο, εστιατόρια) και στα 50m μια όμορφη και ήσυχη παραλία. Βρίσκεται πάνω σε κεντρικό δρόμο, πολύ κοντά σε Λευκάδα και Νυδρί και η εύρεση θέσης πάρκινγκ δεν είναι δύσκολη. Αξιοσημείωτη είναι η ησυχία στο δωμάτιο τόσο από τα υπόλοιπα δωμάτια όσο και από τους εξωτερικούς θορύβους. Ο κύριος Νίκος, ευγενέστατος, πολύ προσιτός και πάντα με διάθεση να μας κατατοπίσει για όλα τα απαραίτητα. Σε κάθε μήνυμα μας, υπήρχε άμεση απάντηση του. Επίσης η υποδοχή στο δωμάτιο ήταν ο ορισμός της φιλοξενίας αφού είδαμε έναν "δικό μας" άνθρωπο να μας περιμένει με χαμόγελο και κεράσματα. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το Seaside breeze apartment και είμαι σίγουρη ότι στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στη Λευκάδα θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή.
