The heart of the house is its large deck - perfect for the stunning Texas sunsets or gathering around the firepit. We also provide kayaks for exploring, tree swings, and hammocks for ultimate relaxation.

Joyful Journeys

Welcome! Step inside this newly remodeled home, pull a shot of espresso and relax. This home has strong Wi-Fi, but no television. For the chef- This kitchen is fully stocked with table service, kettles, baking pans, blender, mixer, electric griddle and much more. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed. Completing the house are two full bathrooms and hiding behind a sliding barn door you will find a laundry complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Open, spacious and private

There are 2 living spaces and 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has separate outside entrance and another entrance into the main house. There is also a sofa bed. There is a nice covered patio with a grill. Very spacious dining room with huge table open to TV room for large gatherings. Kitchen opens up to the living room and living room can open up to the dining/TV room. Every room has ceiling fan and mosts all rooms have TV. Covered parking for one vehicle.

Rio Frio Ranch

Relax in the cabin with a fully-stocked kitchen or cool off in the Frio River with a 3-minute drive to the Garner main entrance. Leakey, Concan, and Frio River swimming holes are all within 10 minutes. In the evening, roast marshmallows in the fire pit and marvel at the starlit sky.

Cici's Country Getaway in Bandera

This antique-filled home, less than a mile from Bandera's Main Street is close to the Medina River, Mansfield Park, shopping, country music, night-life & some of the most scenic roads in Texas. There is plenty of privacy (the owner leaves for the duration of your stay) and you will love it here. Cici loves to decorate-holidays, birthdays, anniversary-just let us know. Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 Bath, Sleeps 10. Hill Country Charming River Home, sleeps 8 comfortably! This home is nestled on the Nueces River in the Texas Hill Country. The house is located on the edge of the historic town of Uvalde and roughly a 55 minute drive to Garner State Park. A great place to relax after a long day, on the crystal clear Nueces River that runs through the back yard. Private River bank access for guest from the back yard.

Charming 100+ yr old ranch house on private acreage with great views. Large patio & fenced back yard are great for kids/pets. Excellent star gazing. Wildlife feeders. We use this home ourselves and have young kids, so it is stocked better than most rentals and (relatively) kid friendly. Near Lost Maples Park (less than 10 min), Garner Park (30 min), Utopia (10 min), Leakey (20 min), Medina (20 min).
