Clean, simple 2bd/2ba condo in AMAZING location. On 1st floor. Walking distance to NRG stadium (15ish min). Condo is in a quiet, safe, gated community. Non-smoking. If you are looking to book close to NRG stadium within walking distance to the RODEO, this is the perfect spot! We are a brief 15 minute walk to NRG park and a short 7 minute drive to the Texas Medical Center. We are located near many additional well-loved destinations in Houston, including the museum district, Houston Zoo and a plethora of dining options.

Welcome and forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our cozy apartment is located in a quiet & secluded neighborhood in between the Medical Center Area & Rice Village. Minutes away from NRG stadium as well ! Perfect location for any one in the Medical field, Business workers/students, or all around Traveling Tourist coming to Houston for work and travel !
