Beautiful peaceful accommodation in a lovely seeing. Marcelle and Allan were very helpful leading up to and during our stay. Accomodation was as described with a few surprise touches which made it extra special. The location was perfect to explore. Highly recommend!

Jordan was a fabulous host his communication from start to finish was so friendly and prompt and the flat was exactly as described , beautifully presented and immaculate . The views over the Tyne are lovely and it is about a 30 minute walk along to the great bars and restaurants along the quayside so you are away from the bustle in a quiet residential area . We were there for the unforgettable Caraboa Cup celebrations and could easily walk up into town , one of my highlights was a run along the quayside seeing the iconic landmarks in the early morning . Thank you Jordan for the thoughtful goodies on arrival ! Highly recommend this stylish and comfortable property and we hope to make a return visit .

Cute and attractive property, very clean and bijou and perfect for our needs. Excellently appointed bathroom and shower. Sara was friendly, helpful and communicated very well! Will use again on our next trip to Hexham.

The location was great for us,being in walking distance from our son and his family.The studio was perfect,Spotisly clean and so easy for my Disabled husband because everything was on one level and beautifully fitted everything was of excellent quality.

This was a lovely stay! The house was cozy and very clean, easy to find, clear instructions for everything, & had everything that we could have needed during our stay! The hosts were very responsive as well. We had a problem with the heater but they came and helped us out the next day directly! Thank you so much, we had an amazing stay :)

Brilliant self-contained unit. Absolutely spotless inside. Lots of nice touches - fresh bread, milk, water, coffee, tea etc. Peaceful overnight sleep. Could easily stay a week here with all the facilities. Easy check-in and about a 20 minute drive back into Newcastle. Thoroughly recommended and would definitely use again. Thanks Linda!

Pack your slippers as you will so feel at home during your stay at the bolthole , the owners have a real attention to detail that it has everything you would need. Open the gate a floral seating patio area greets you. Inside had all a needed for a place to stay. Very comfy bed, high quality bedding and towels , and loved the toilet roll origami. A freestanding kitchen unit so you can close away , no essentials missing here , all the pots , utensils etc I needed and more. One big delight was to have coffee cups , mid size mugs and my favourite huggable mugs for cosy downtime on the extendable comfy sofa, in front of the fire . Really responsive and great communication by the owners. I’ve fallen in love with Berwick ❤️ and anyone visiting will do I’m sure Look forward to returning later this year 😀

The house was spotless with plenty of room downstairs for us. The main bedroom was large and lovely with an ensuite shower/ toilet. The other 2 bedrooms were smaller but perfect for our needs. All beds were very comfy. The kitchen/diner was VERY well stocked with everything thing we could have needed. Lovely welcome basket with fresh bread and milk with some goodies too and a fresh bag of coffee. Lots of little thoughtful extras, like books, games, doggy items, beach towels and a fab record player! We loved sitting in the garden in the morning and evening. Hardly noticed there were neighbours as it was very peaceful despite being a residential area. We loved our stay and if back in the area would definitely stay again. Adham’s property was perfect for the one night we spent in Durham. Really easy to access the city, easy to find and great communication from Adham. Thank you - we’ll be back

The only difficulty we had was the smart lock once we got the hang of it was not a problem. The house was very clean and had all the necessary facilities. The parking was spacious enough for two large vehicles with Lidl supermarket more or less on the doorstep. Next time I am in the area would like to stay here again

Fantastic property! Very close to the high street with plenty of cafes, restaurants and local attractions. Emily sent us a very useful list of places to eat and information about the property!

Nice house 100m from the sea, easy to walk out to harbour and coast. All clean, tidy, warm, had all we needed. Good local shops and restaurants. Amble is a small coastal town with a marina and a working harbour (fresh fish at the restaurant was superb).

La maison est très agréable. L'environnement est calme. En moins d'un quart d'heure de marche on est au port et au centre ville. Supermarché à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. Beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir aux alentours.

Ideal hub for myself and kids. Very comfortable, excellent kitchen and fast broadband. Would have preferred a better parking spot as I have a large car and needed to mount full kerb to access parking. I didn’t fancy parking on street as it was adjacent to small junction. Just something to note. Aside from that, very happy. Thank you very much

What a wonderful stay we had at Jane’s place!! We were in Northumberland for a wedding just down the road, and we booked this place for convenience as it was so close. Little did we know, it was a holiday destination in itself. The surrounding gardens and views are amazing, and so peaceful. The cottage was beautiful, and much bigger than we expected it to be. Jane was a great host. Always responded quickly to my messages before and during our stay. And even when we arrived late after 10pm, she came out with a torch to meet us as we were a bit lost in the dark. She kindly brought us some milk as we were desperate for a cup of tea and didn’t have chance to stop at the shop. It was a shame that we hadn’t booked to stay for longer as we could have very easily had a few more days there and enjoyed a bit of a mini break. I would highly recommend and may be booking again for another stay soon.

We loved every minute of our stay and nothing was a bother to Mary. We were sent a lot of information before our arrival and Mary even took the time to inform us on the day that the cottage was ready early and we could check in as we pleased and also accommodating a late check out at no extra cost. The cottage was well equipped and we were supplied with tea ..coffee and some extra special biscuits along with fresh milk in the fridge on arrival which was really thoughtful. The bed was super cosy, bedding spotlessly clean and towels were super soft and fluffy . We did spend time on the outside patio which was relaxing and peaceful .There is absolutely nothing negative i have to say about my stay i will definitely be returning for another stay

Great stay in Newcastle with friends, comfortable beds and accommodation had everything we needed for our group's stay. Rod was friendly and clear with instructions while the location was just a 10min Uber ride to the city centre

Stayed at Dawn’s for two nights with elderly mother to visit family. Fantastic place. Beautifully presented. Very clean and cosy. Honestly couldn’t fault it. Ideal location for visiting Morpeth and North Sheilds. We shall be back again when we next come up to visit. Excellent communication too from Dawn before we arrived. Thanks so much!

Loved this stay! The annexe is private overlooking beautiful peaceful gardens. It feels private, yet nice to be attached to the main house in case you need assistance. Steven was a helpful and responsive host. The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and welcoming. Nice breakfast left out and biscuits. Beautiful dog walks nearby and a local train station for other connections along Tyne Valley. Definitely recommend this place!

We would highly recommend this wonderful accommodation! We loved the historical building conveniently located right across the street from the train station. The interior is updated, spotless, inviting and very comfortable. The kitchen has new appliances and everything needed to cook meals. The beds were also very comfortable, with lovely linens. We particularly appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Richard met us at the home and gave us a warm welcome and the information we needed for our stay. He was very responsive to any communications and made sure we were well cared for. Our week in Morpeth was made ever so much more enjoyable because we had such a great place to stay--thank you, Richard!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Hideaway! The location was perfect, and the cottage had everything we could possibly need. It was a bit more compact than we had pictured, but so thoughtfully laid out that it still felt cosy and comfortable. Packing and unloading weren’t entirely straightforward, but the option to park for free in the main car park or down by the river was a real plus, both were very convenient. The surrounding area is stunning, with beautiful riverside walks leading to the castle or the beach. The local pubs are delightfully dog-friendly, and everyone we met was so kind and welcoming. A big thank you to our host, Elaine, who was incredibly responsive and helpful, it made our stay all the more enjoyable. We're truly grateful for such a lovely experience!

What a great place to stay. It's a great location in beautiful Warkworth. We've visited many times over the years and we were very pleased to find somewhere so lovely and comfortable to stay in the village. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Warkworth in the future.

Sarah was very easy to contact with any questions and gave us good advice with things to do locally. The location is quite and peaceful but within a 5 minute drive you can be close to shops, restaurants etc should you wish. The bed was sooo comfy. I would definitely stay again. 1 thing I would suggest is to read the instructions on how to get there provided by Sarah. I didn't until I got lost, then followed them exactly and took me right to the door 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
