From the beginning we felt at home in Bellingham; the flat is spacious, clean and comfortable. Margaret is an excellent host: friendly, contactable and approachable. There are beautiful walks around the town and plenty of places to eat, as well as it being a fabulous location for exploring the historical sights. We'll definitely be back!

Jen was a brilliant host. She gave me all the information I needed in advance and replied quickly if I had any questions. Brilliant place very comfortable. Easy to find. Had absolutely no problems. Location is good, only a few minutes walk from the bus stop which can take you into Newcastle or out to Blyth to take transport along the coast or further north. Only a few more minutes from there is a shop you can get essentials from.

Priya's place is lovely, very cosy and comfy, and super clean with everything you'll need. It's in a great location for both Gosforth and Newcastle with a Metro station a ten minute one way and the high street the other. It's a residential area so on street parking may not be directly in front of the house but we managed to get one not too far away, but it's a safe area so would have been happy parking a little further if needed. Priya is a great host, check in was easy and communication superb, we would happily stay again if returning to Newcastle.

The apartment was exactly like the pictures and spotless throughout! Sarah had provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay and her written guide was very helpful. Couldn't fault it!

we had a fantastic stay visiting newcastle for magic weekend (rugby )it was only 10-15 min in cab to st james park, very clean hot tub was great and the vending machine came in handy. lovely touch leaving a bottle of prosecco and chocolates. host was very helpful both before and during our stay. we would definitely visit again in the future

Iain and Maggie are very nice hosts. The place is easy to get to from train or metro, and in an interesting neighborhood. The apartment is lovely, with light pouring in huge windows, comfy beds, and well-appointed kitchen. We loved it!

What a great place to stay. It's a great location in beautiful Warkworth. We've visited many times over the years and we were very pleased to find somewhere so lovely and comfortable to stay in the village. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Warkworth in the future.

Lara’s place was perfect for us - clean and warm and quiet and had all the amenities you need for a stay. Warkworth is a lovely town with a couple of nice pubs/places to eat on your doorstep, walking distance to a great beach and parking for the property nearby was easy(and free). Would recommend!

This is one of the better Airbnb accommodations we've stayed at. Karen has thought of everything, from a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and cleaning, to entertainment options like DVDs and games. The thoughtful touches include torches, umbrellas, and a dog box complete with a towel, bowls, and a spare ball. The guidebooks Karen has put together are among the most detailed I've seen. Although parking isn't directly outside the property, we didn't encounter any issues parking just outside the lane, and it's only a two-second walk away. The accommodation is clean, lovely decorated, and truly feels like a home from home. One minor note: if you're sensitive to light, consider bringing an eye mask for sleeping. The charming town has all the essentials, including pubs, cafes, bakeries, chemists, and vets. Its location is ideal for exploration. We would highly recommend this accommodation and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great place to stay close the the centre. Beautiful view of the city. And watching the river is special in the different lights. . Very comfortable and all you need to use for a great stay. Recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. Paul made it easy to check in and was really responsive if we had questions or queries. lovely location on the edge of Haltwhistle and made accessing Hadrian's wall super easy too. Mile Castle 42 was just at the other end of the road (probably still a fair drive/walk along hilly terrain so be warned)! Along with mile castle inn (great for a pitstop cold drink or a hot meal). The space was lovely and was perfect for our needs. thanks again for having us Paul.

Great location close to park and walking trail, lots of independently owned restaurants, metro and an easy walk to downtown Newcastle. Northumbria uni offers day entry to swimming and gym which was great for us too. We appreciated a quick response from Martin when we had questions. Everything was as advertised and we would stay again.

We had a lovely time at Twizell Point. The flat had everything we needed and more. We appreciated the extra touches that Lisa had included. The location was excellent. Can't wait to go again!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Hideaway! The location was perfect, and the cottage had everything we could possibly need. It was a bit more compact than we had pictured, but so thoughtfully laid out that it still felt cosy and comfortable. Packing and unloading weren’t entirely straightforward, but the option to park for free in the main car park or down by the river was a real plus, both were very convenient. The surrounding area is stunning, with beautiful riverside walks leading to the castle or the beach. The local pubs are delightfully dog-friendly, and everyone we met was so kind and welcoming. A big thank you to our host, Elaine, who was incredibly responsive and helpful, it made our stay all the more enjoyable. We're truly grateful for such a lovely experience!

We loved our stay in this tastefully decorated period property. We loved the attention to detail. The location was good, a short walk into town and the bistro recommendation was just right. It was lovely that the dogs were so welcome- they appreciated the treats left for them! We would love to visit again.

We had a great stay at Linda's property. It is very spacious and very well kitted out for a one bedroom property. Linda also provides a very nice welcome basket of goodies on arrival. It is very well located for exploring the town of Alnwick and its castle. It is also well located for many of the other sights nearby ie Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island. A few doors away there is also a very good real ale pub - not too be missed!! We had a great stay.

Great place to stay - lovely accommodation, handy for the metro and shops. We’ve been here a few times now and wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we were coming up to Newcastle for a few days

Great stay in Newcastle with friends, comfortable beds and accommodation had everything we needed for our group's stay. Rod was friendly and clear with instructions while the location was just a 10min Uber ride to the city centre

This was a very comfortable stay of 11 days for us. The apartment is spacious. clean, and feels very comfortable right from the outset. It has a well-stocked kitchen and all the amenities and appliances you will need for either a short or long stay. We did a lot of cooking ourselves, but there is also a very nice pub a short walk away. Also the bus takes you straight into the center of Durham from the pub. The area around is pleasant but there isn't much to do except walk and enjoy the countryside, which is very pleasant. The bed was comfy, and the pillows were new (although too soft for us, but thats just personal preference). Overall it was a great stay and well worth the price. The owner was helpful and communicated well, the wifi was good, and the couches comfortable. We would both return and recommend the apartment.

Lovely apartment, quiet, so cozy and had everything you need for a short stay. As a solo traveller I felt safe and comfortable. So close to the Metro with links to Newcastle City Centre and on to the airport. So handy, no need for a car. Welcome pack was a lovely touch😊

Great location, walking distance from town and the Metro. Park opposite which was perfect for our dog. Clean and tidy, free of clutter. Everything was new and everything worked. Apartment over 4 floors which for some may cause access issues. We couldn’t fault it.
