We had such a lovely stay at Tanya and Peter's place! It was such a cozy home away from home. We ate on the patio every night, and watched the sunset from either the top floor of the cottage or from the very walkable dock down the street. From our host's recommendation, we were able to go on a beautiful hike to a lookout spot about 20 minutes away, and I loved it. Thanks for everything!

I frequently stay at Airbnb’s and travel a lot. I would say this is the best host I’ve ever had. Super friendly, super nice, super knowledgeable of the area and gave great suggestions. The home was unique and very nice. I will definitely be going back next time I’m in the area.

Nice place for our whole family to stay. The cottage was nicely equipped and easy to get to with good proximity to Rice Lake. We would definitely recommend and not hesitate to return 🙂

James and Cathie’s place was exactly as described -it was clean, kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was wonderfully relaxing and the view was stunning! We will for sure be back!

If you’re looking for a beautiful Airbnb with a hot tub and close proximity to Sandbanks, this is the place to stay! Check-in was super easy, and the home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is perfect—just a short drive to many wineries, great restaurants, and Sandbanks Beach. The beds were super comfortable, and there were extra blankets and pillows provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was in great working condition and comfortably fit six of us. There’s also an outdoor fire pit that was in great working order—I would have loved to use it, but unfortunately, the rain got in the way! Highly recommend this Airbnb—10 out of 10! It was perfect for our girls' weekend, and we can’t wait to come back next year.

Overall a good stay. Beautiful airbnb, big space, well stocked kitchen, perfect for a small group. The only unfortunate thing was the sofa bed was ++dirty… we only realized at 10pm and were staying for one night so not much to do… we messaged the host and they just said that the cleaning team forgot to do it. We ended up sharing the bedroom instead. The room for improvement is to ensure that the sofa bed is clean before new guests because it was very dirty. Otherwise I recommend this airbnb.

We had a great weekend with our group. Cottage is beautiful and well kept. Hosts are accommodating and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and that you enjoy your stay. Would bring my family here every year if only they allowed dogs. Will be booking again!

What a beautiful place to stay! This was a last-minute decision on the fly to get an Airbnb in the area, and Nicole was quickly to accept my request, and then directly followed with all the instructions I needed to know on how to check in. I had a little bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi. It took less than a minute for Nicole to respond and rectify the entire thing. I would definitely recommend the space it’s beautifully kept in a beautiful area And Nicole is an amazing host.

We had a great stay! Any fisherman looking to go fish the bay of quinty i strongly recommend looking into kim place! We were able to walk out the door straight onto our boat at kims dock and be fishing within minutes! Tim horton and bait shop are just around the corner

Anuhea was an amazing host. The place is as described, beautiful & cozy. Short waltz to downtown Peterborough. Did not have enough time in our quick visit to do the sauna, but what a bonus!!! We would stay a hundred times over & bigly recommend these wonderful people & their guest suite.

We had a great time staying in Kevin’s home. He is extremely kind and helpful! We felt right at home and very comfortable. We caught a couple of fish right off his dock! Beautiful home and really beautiful scenery. We will definitely come back!!

Our over all experience was amazing. We enjoyed the coffee delivery, accommodations,location and added perks. Bonnie helped us order a cake for my mom’s birthday, and she delivered the beautiful cake and a charcuterie board. This was such a nice added feature!! We would definitely come back.

A beautiful cottage right on the water. Quiet and peaceful, lots of birds and critters. The place was super clean, the kitchen and BBQ were nice and well kept. We had a great time!

My boyfriend and I had a super cozy stay at the Sugar Maker's Cabin. We enjoyed exploring the trails on the property and seeing all of the birds. The BBQ worked great and there was all the utensils and dishes that we needed. The sauna and shower worked well and the bed was comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and kind. We can't wait to come back!

we decided on a 5 day family vacation with my 2 boys and our French bulldog. we wanted something unique, off grid, peaceful and where we can connect as a family after a busy summer. the tiny oak cabin delivered all of the above. we were surrounded by beautiful scenery, forestry and incredible sunsets. fresh farm eggs were available for purchase as well as firewood making it easy to access! Andrea and her family were so pleasant and let my boys feed the farm baby goats. what a great experience from beginning to end. would definitely recommend!!!!

Nice private small space to go enjoy the outdoors . We used it as a base for two days worth of activities. Was extremely thankful for the shower . Cosy spot to relax in the evening. Front porch cozy comfortable to sit out in the evening, even if it did rain . Took nice long walks to the water and in the neighbourhood which the dog enjoyed.

Jennifer was a wonderful host. The cabin was beautiful and cozy. My wife and I really enjoyed our short stay and will be back again in the future as a family with the kids. We had the best sleep in a long time on the cabin bed, it was so comfortable.

We had a great time at this cabin. We were immediately greeted upon arrival and had clear instructions from the host. a very well thought out cabin and we appreciated the hospitality! There was a storm week ago which meant a lot of nearby trails were blocked due to fallen trees and branches, but plenty else to enjoy otherwise.

My husband and myself along with our well behaved dogs stayed at the cabin by the creek for two days at the end of April. The off grid cabin was clean , spacious , cozy and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor kitchen and spent a lot of time sitting by the creek. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax - and the dogs enjoyed it too! Thank you John , we will be coming back again 😊

We loved our stay at the cabin! Jalene was very responsive and friendly if we had any questions. I never felt like I was a bother if I had to reach out. The place was so beautiful and peaceful and the view from the hot tub was divine. Thanks again, we’ll be booking again!
